I have Been Growing My Hair since October and I have been using the Wild Hair growth oil and the as I am double cream following the three steps you said. A Month Ago my Cousin Told me I had 2 1/2 inches of hair and I feel like it's growing slow. Should I use a different conditioner or keep the same one?

I felt like that a year ago and then I found a great stylist who showed me how to care for my hair. Protective styles, right products, and eating more veggies will promote growth. That sounds fine, it’s dependent on how dry your hair gets and how often you think you need to add moisture to it. If you feel you need to every day, that’s perfectly fine.

Mist your hair daily with water and seal with 🥥 or black castor oil, these will help strengthen the strands. You can also try twisting your hair in the back when you 😴 and using a satin scarf so it’s less prone to breakage.
