I have tested countless things. The only things that actually worked in my case: A nutritious diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 25 mins, eating right, using good shampoo as well as oil. I use only liiitllextra cocoonian hydrating shampoo and hair oil for this purpose plus it does the job. My hair fall was controlled with it.
This liitllextra coocconion hair oil has changed my haircare game. This product has a great ingredients. You can tell by the smell it contains key ingredients such as coconut, rosemary, onion, and fenugreek. What's really great about this product is that it has significantly reduced my hairfall and make my hair thicker than ever. This hair oil is a must have.
He's right about hair being weakest when wet but textured hair is still very vulnerable to breakage when detangled dry. Personally, I make sure my hair is damp and then I add a lot of conditioner as a friction buffer and detangle in the shower lol
Yeah I really hate how he explained that point, since it makes it sound like you should dry comb/pick your hair, which is arguably THE single worst thing you could ever do to your hair for growth, as it literally breaks and tears out hair that was not ready to fall out.
Highly disagree with 1st one, wet hair is very elastic, there's very little chance of breakage...but dry hair on the other hand breaks easily even with the littlest tension
@@kodycore Even though his advice works for me, it’s not gonna work for everybody. I also have kinky hair but slightly damp hair is the sweet spot for me. If too wet, I find more breakage.
This depends on the hair type. My hair is very strong and has been through a lot over the years and is still very long. I’m still gentle with it though, which means I DO detangle my hair when wet, especially when I immediately get out of the shower, or else it’ll dry up and tangle on itself and that’ll REALLY damage my hair much more than detangling when it’s wet. Let’s be realistic. As long as I’m gentle and patient it’s fine. Now, I refuse to detangle while IN the shower because my shower routine is long enough without adding unnecessary steps to it. And that’s too much manipulation anyway. Next point, I use both a comb AND brush when doing my hair. The comb makes it easier to detangle before I brush through the rest. I’ve never washed my hair every day, not even when I was younger. Conditioner doesn’t clean hair, that’s why it’s called “conditioner”. I have no choice but to take my time with my hair, my hair isn’t straight and smooth. It’s kinky, thick and long. I’m not a fan of ponytails and buns, I prefer twists or braids. Besides, I can’t even put my hair into a bun anymore, at least not in its natural state.
Same I pick out my hair every couple of days because of I don't it makes very difficult to pick out I basically switch off between picking out and sometimes days not touching it or just hand manipulation you have to do what's best for your hair

When I blow dry my hair it grows from like 3-4 inches to like 10-12 or something crazy like that. Any way to maintain that length or at least style it to a curly pattern? The moment it touches anything wet it shrinks way back down, which is sad af
No it’s not sad it actually means your hair is healthy and shows good elasticity. Not in all cases, but I won’t assume it to be a negative thing automatically.
Yes, I do like your video. I'm in the process of trying to grow my Hair, using Onion Juice mixed With Garlic. Of, I think it's necessary to when after applying the Onion Juice, Two to Three times a week to a least rinse out Onion Juice from Hair.
Quick question. How often should I do a deep conditioning, I mainly aim for 1 week and idk if that's too little. That's the day I usually shampoo as well, at least once or twice a week.
Bro is capping so nice, hair be strong asf when it wet you can’t even cut it correctly when wet because it’s much stronger, your hair breaks when it’s dry so your hair is most vulnerable when dry
Idk why I believe that is a lot harder to damage afro hair than straight hair, I'm saying this because I have long straight hair and it's frizzy with split ends... I had dreadlocks a year ago and I believe that they damaged my hair pretty much because before dreads I didn't have the frizz problem
Stop growth checking. Hair is growing all the time. Depends on the phase it is in. Wash with conditioner stop flat ironing, use pressing comb lightly. Sulfur 8 is a most. Jamican castor oil 2x weekly on ends an scalp. Be very patient. And use protective style. Discovery your on regimen.

I have 4C hair, my scalp doesn’t really get dry like it used to since I implemented good hair care. Everyone keeps saying moisturizing, but what does that look like? Id recommend only applying oil to ur scalp only during the duration of your braids.. if you want them to last as long as possible, the best thing to do is to try to touch them as little as possible, to moisturize them you would just apply oil to your scalp and work it into each of your braids gently since your scalp doesn’t really get very dry You can apply the oil less often so instead of every other day, you could try to apply it every three or four days, or, however, often you feel is necessary, And of course you would sleep with a durag secure to your head, allowing as little movement as possible , I usually keep my cornrows in for at least a month and during that time usually won’t wash my hair until I take them out. I find that washing your hair very easily shortens the life of your braids , And of course, whenever you get braids, you want to make sure the stylist is very neat and skilled Doing this, I find that my braids last a lot longer than it usually would with any other routine
