    *STEPS*
    1. Wolfing
    2. Moisturize - eating healthy, hydrating, scalp moisturizer/essential hair oil blend, leave-in conditioner, keeping in moisture with a hair oil
    3. Protective Style - braids, twists, cornrows, etc.

    1.Wolfing-dont cut
    2.Moisturise
    -from inside(nutritious food and water)
    -from outside
    (1. condition your scalp by using hair growth oil and massage it for at least 1 minute every other day.
2.Moisturise your hair with leave in conditioner
3.Apply hair growth oil to your actual hair to seal everything
    4.Protective style(best cornrows)
Bonus(my tip):Have bonnet while sleeping and for the day with all that oils and everything.

I believe the instructions are counterintuitive if you're using cornrows for styling rather than growth.

      - If you're just trying to look stylish, do what he says on that other video.

    • @Dhead-io4om
      @Dhead-io4om Рік тому +3

To prevent the flat look you could tie your hair up/put it in a protective style and yes you could use your hands with water and then put in your oil also honey will work best depending on your hair porosity if your hair has a hard time in absorbing water then you have low porosity and honey oils will work best but if you have an easy time absorbing water than you have high porosity and honey wouldn’t be best
      Hope that helps

2 week update: took a few strands from the same region and they reaching about 8.5cm to 9cm (almost 2cm in two weeks 🔥) but keep in mind I didn’t do no protective hair styles, just 7 oils and one conditioner, I combed/picked my hair almost everyday, but carefully so I ain’t losing too much strands per day. even so, there’s still progress 👍🏾

@@thamesplayz7406 alright bro, so I’m no master yet but I’ll try and walk you through if h my wash days. So first I shampoo my hair in the shower after wetting my hair for at least 5 minutes make sure that you are shampooing your scalp. Next you put conditioner in your hair in SECTIONS and detangle your hair (I do this out of the shower but if it’s easier for you do it in the shower). After your hair is detangle rinse the conditioner out and then apply a deep conditioner (if your hair is low porosity you could get a plastic cap, put it over your hair, and then use a blow dryer to make sure the deep conditioner really gets into your hair). After like 20 minutes you can rinse that out and then you apply leave in conditioner, oil, and curl cream in that order and finally you can apply gel if you want. Depending on how your hair does throughout the week you can add water or a little more product if you feel like your hair needs it, and you can oil your scalp every other day until your next wash day. I hope this helps bro!

I feel like you don't have to wash your hair every day. It's excessive. I'd say 3 times per week is good.
