I so much enjoyed this vlog Josie, I love those bunnies in your yard and the chickens, how adorable. I always enjoy seeing Dickens and Dexter playing together and of course the best part of the video was Charlie singing to Dexter and you just continuing on with making dinner, I laughed out loud!! Good idea of you to take a self defense class for women, gosh you never know, pray you never do. Those fluted terra cotta pots are lovely and how nice of him, Happy 10 years together, that is wonderful. That antique pot for your entryway is a statement piece in my opinion and would be lovely with hydrangeas in it. Have a wonderful day!

Also I adore that you have so many seeds to be planted for your gardens.. We here in MN/US have to wait until all snow is melted and weather temps rise above 50 day to day. I hadn’t realized how expensive vintage terra cotta pots are! Then a major score for us when we inherited many of them when we bought our home. We’ve just finished our atelier video and I love showing them on display on the work bench.

So glad you are highlighting self defence for women Josie. I was in an abusive relationship and afterwards I tried to find one locally in west wales and couldn’t. I felt that all women, particularly from abusive relationships, would benefit from self defence. It would have done a lot for my confidence for sure. I am still looking for a class near me but none yet. Good for you!

Ok, I needed to comeback and tell you my testimony. I did your Mac and Cheese recipe today for the first time and OHH MY GODDDD, Josie...this is EVERYTHING. It was easier and faster than I thought and for my surprise, even my mother (not a pasta fan) loved it and repeated it. I'll certainly do it again and again...and I can not thank you enought. I now understand why you do Mac and Cheese every week.
For the big pot on the marble table in the entrance, to avoid the white on white clash, I’m sure a round shape linen table runner underneath, of a sage colour for example, would look lovely and with the advantage that It would prevent the stone to scratch the marble! 🥰
