Hi Josie, from all the way in the East- Singapore, I have enjoyed your channel hugely since you were living in London- pre Charlie. Thanks to you, I came to know and enjoy Reiss; Thanks to you, I came to know and wear Monica Vinadar, Elemis, and more. How deeply grateful I am to you for your efforts in sharing the beauty of the place in which you live -it inspired me to carefully include Cotswolds, ( and Daylesford) in our travel for the last years. We were just there few weeks ago. Chilly. And we popped into that charming antique shop at the corner in Broadway ( you walked by the shop introducing it recently ) where we purchased a gorgeous Roman coin for our son.
Truth be told, we had gone to Italy before UK this year - and we were vaguely apprehensive how others in our party would feel about ending our trip with Cotswolds- whether it stood in the shadow of the Dolomites or Lake Como. We worried for nothing. Everyone fell in love with Cotswolds and murmured words to the effect that they could just imagine living in Cotswold forever. How blessed you are! Enjoyed Strawtop II update here -Thanks so much for sharing the details of the appliances. I absolutely love the bathroom lights in your bedroom in your home ( not Strawtop ). Will be so grateful if you would share them as they are not in Pooky or SoHo House, which I have also come to know and love through you.

Try adding a pinch of salt to your water. It helps w absorption and prevents dehydration. Also chia seeds are also brilliant for thickening sauces or casseroles etc. Throw in a tbsp or two and they expand and thicken up the liquid. Works a treat! Gosh ST 2 is looking fabulous - love the radiator linen covers. Clever and super stylish.

Josie, I live in America, and I just got my very first Beauty Pie order! I'm so happy I joined! Can’t wait to try my evening serum and moisturizer. It’s all the bomb that was recommended to me for aging skin. I’m 65. I add my dogs' 😊names to songs also. I always have a salad before dinner and then veggies with my meal.

I laughed so much at your Dexy songs 😅, my retriever is Dolly and I used to sing her to sleep when she was a puppy to the tune of the Christmas carol Little Donkey, subbing Dolly for Donkey 😂😂😂, I still do it now and shuts her little eyes when I sing - she’s 12 and still remembers 😅 😴

My peas are also on the go slow! I've had lots of mange tout, but my peas are only just starting to produce many pods! However, my mum, who is in a colder climate in mid Wales, has had peas galore!! 🫛🫛🫛
We also include our pups name in all songs, his name is Hector, the current favourite is 'Heccy you light up my world like nobody else, the way that you flick your fur has me overwhelmed' . So you aren't alone hahaha

Josie just a thought do you ever consider that the trade of avocados contributes to a significant carbon footprint due to the long distances the fruit travels to reach consumers in the Global North. You may buy local but most likely the fruit is not local.
😄 "cornflakes devastation". The fur babies must have loved their free snack. One day Charlie might find a cornflake in a crevice...be prepared.
Have you tried roasted radishes? They are so delicious, worth a try in your air fryer.

Hi Josie, I love the seed mix. Just a quick question, when it comes to chia seeds it is advised to always soak them but I see that you just toast them and add them to your toast. Does toasting them prevent them from getting stuck in your throat since they notoriously expand in water? Or since you eat a negligible amount so it doesn't matter?
When eaten with everything else it’s not a problem in such small quantities!
This is very useful for me because I’m a gluten and dairy free ❤❤ so pls do more like these videos and if u have any recipes pls let me know and do videos on them ❤❤

Okay, i dont understand people who put butter and olive oil, these are two types of fat, on a toast where you have plenty of avocado which is aslo a type of fat. Just the avo is enough. If the avo was replaced with an egg, this is another story.

I so so miss having nuts and seeds 😔😔😔😔 I have quite bad diverticulitis and I just can’t have seeded breads or extra nuts and seeds on my yoghurt or cereal - I even have to take the oils out of tomatoes too - so miss things like this
