Does that die normally have another hole? Like did they just happen to skip machining the needed hole on your die and normally that die does have the extra hole?
Die is supposed to have the hole for the pin to drop into so I can repin and bend 180. I ended up machining the hole so I was able to finish the job I bought the die for. Without that hole you cannot bend 180

How they can ignore you and not just send you the right die is ridiculous. Glad you were able to get it resolved yourself at least

I bought the wrong die from them (my fault) and they were very helpful and cooperative! ALL companies are NOT as you say. What was their explanation?
