Neither Michelle or Fotus seemed alarmed that the mother of five was gone. He suggested she probably "ran away" and neither of them displayed concern that someone may have harmed or abducted her. Why? Because they both knew damn well she was dead.

@@Dove225she didn’t just “disappear” like FD and MT would have you believe. She adored her children. Why would she leave them motherless? Seems to me you haven’t looked very carefully at all the evidence. Circumstantial evidence is not worthless evidence. It just takes some common sense to put all together. Maybe MT didn’t conspire to kill her, but JD is definitely deceased and was brutally murdered by her sick, narcissistic husband. MT helped to get rid of evidence, whether she consciously did it or not. Hard to believe that she didn’t ask more questions based on his behavior the day of the murder. I don’t think this jury has enough evidence to convict her, but she definitely knew more than she is admitting. Again, common sense.

Truth. Witness was confrontational. and The Professor statement she is a distinguished professor turned me off. She definitely was full of herself. Sad because on the case Brian Poole was spot on. In a Catholic school student Simone and the class was asked to answer questions on the Memory Expert Elizabeth Loftus.
“My understanding of Elizabeth Loftus's misinformation effect paradigm theory is where exposure to new possible inaccurate information may negatively affect your memory by making you falsely remember an event.
      2. How did Elizabeth Loftus apply her theory in the second video to explain how
Jennifer could not identify the correct attacker in the courtroom, Brian Poole, and how Jennifer chose Ronald Cotton as the person who assaulted her?
Loftus applies her theory in the second video, to explain how Jennifer could not identify the correct attacker in the courtroom, Brian Poole, and how Jennifer chose Ronald Cotton as the person who assaulted her. She goes into detail about how once Jennifer kept picking Cotton through pictures and in the lineup, it duped her memory into thinking that he was really her rapist. Since Poole was not a suspect in the photos and the lineup, she thought one of them did it to her and picked the most similar one.
      3. In the second video and in the Preserving Eyewitness Memory case comparison above, various strategies were described that could improve the accuracy of a testimony. Describe two of the ways to decrease eyewitness misidentification and increase access to a more accurate memory.
In the second video, they discuss two of the ways to decrease eyewitness
      • misidentification and increase access to a more accurate memory. One improvement is to show each picture one at a time, instead of all at once, so the person is not comparing the suspects to one another, but to their memory of the real one. The second improvement is that the police officers no longer congratulate the eyewitness if they match the person they picked in the line up to the person they picked from the photos. Now they say nothing, and instead ask about what they remember from the scene. This is because the reinforcement confirms it was the right choice for the eyewitness, which could lead to inaccurate identification.

Elizabeth Loftus did not meet her standards on her memory theory in this case. Additionally, Elizabeth Loftus arrogant answers proved she was being bias. Which leading to an unhinged examination by the prosecutor. Elizabeth Loftus expertise was a failure to her work. Elizabeth Loftus snarky attitude was disrespectful to the defense and prosecution. Which did not help Michelle Troconis. Elizabeth Loftus starting “unpopular” people only proved she was the problem. Failing to do her job and had no notes of her own that she could have brought into court. Memory expert that had memory issues herself indeed was a joke.

Did she grieve because of what she was and is putting her teenage daughter through with all the drama? Did she grieve when FD cowardly offed himself and left her holding the bag? It’s not a popularity contest. This is a trial. Personal feelings about her or anyone in this trial is irrelevant and that’s not how the jury gets to make decisions on her being guilty or not. This popularity contests among grown adults in the comment sections are so juvenile and idiotic tbh. It shows lack of understanding of the law.

How can anyone have inconsistencies with their memory when it was just a normal easy breezy day going to the shops and taking some photos. Nothing odd or illegal happened on that Friday at all did it? The lady on the stand is correct that people can have memory issues. Remembering things that didn’t happen is really hard. The funny thing is that if Michelle has a shower every morning with Fotis, then I would think not having a shower with him that day and him not even being there in morning would actually stick out in your mind more pronounced than not. That would be the one thing that you would remember.

One day, after i left for work (i didnt lock the front door), a drunk man came stumbling into our bungalow and my dog and bf were suddenly awakened by an intruder and my bf jumped out of bed and shoved the obviously drunk, unsteady man backward, out the front door and he landed on his bottom. He was so drunk, he thought he was on the other side of town at his friend's house (so he told police).
So, i was at work when this happened and yet i have what, to me, is a vivid memory of it (as tho i were standing in the livingroom, watching the door). I recall seeing the dog fly off the bed and run to the man, barking and nipping at his hands, and my bf yelling "What are you doing!?" and forcefully shoving him out the front door and him tripping backward a couple times and landing on his butt. I can see the man and i can see his face in my mind's eye but I WASNT THERE.
I am baffled by this cuz i absolutely was not there and i still i have this crazy detailed and vivid memory of it.
I always knew humans were poor eyewitnesses but now, i dont trust anything i think ive remembered. Most of the time, its not an issue cuz nothing happens but i absolutely would not agree to be an eyewitness knowing my mind fabricated an entire memory. I cant explain it, its insane.
The only thing i can think is that the thought of the event frightened me so much that, as he told me what happened, my brain stored it and recalls it as if it were a video- as opposed to remembering it in bullet-point format. I know of myself that if you say (speak) a phone number to me, ill never recall it, but if you write it down and i look at it, or if i dial it in my phone, i can recall it for years. I see, in my mind, the image of it written down, or the pattern of how it is dialed sticks in my mind (tho not the numbers themselves if i dial it, just the pattern). Maybe my brain made a visual representation of it cuz it was traumatic (what if i was there, what if he was there for more nefarious reasons? etc etc).
Anyways, i write down everything important (if i witness an event etc) immediately, if it is an even i may/must recall for later, and i strictly only trust that immediate documentation, not my memory of it later. That way i try to avoid my mind creating events, or mis-remembering.
Have you ever had this happen?

The pitchfork crowd that we see in the comment sections are thankfully not on the jury. They cannot separate their own opinions from facts. If we like the defendant the attorneys or experts is irrelevant as it’s the facts and evidence that matters. That’s why this seems like a rush to pin the murder on anyone around the actual murderer who’s no longer around. The state doesn’t have concrete evidence to send her down. Detective Kipple fked this up as he got tunnel vision on MT. Now who’ll be left behind is JF family who always was dragged through this farce of a trial.

You are not reporting all the truth and are misleading the public who didn’t watch it themselves. That Memory expert was a joke! She couldn’t remember what she said in her own book she wrote. I’m done watching your coverage and encourage the public to watch the trial for themselves so they can hear the real truth instead of your editing and your interpretation which is biased.

How so ? What's inappropriate is Mt pleaing innocent and her act is inappropriate and this witnesses on memory is inappropriate and the document on Mt lap top is definitely inappropriate not the anything that the State prosecutors has shown or said comprende

If only criminals played fair and confess to their crimes, detectives wouldn't have to play unfair. It's not against the law. People who are innocent, don't need to change their story as the evidence contradicting their story surfaces. She's a liar and an accomplice.
