Never Clay Bar outdoors. Do it in your garage, if windy, keep the garage door closed. Clay Barring requires a dirt and dust free place. When waxing your car outdoors, be in the Shade. Also best to wax soon after washing your car. Allowing your car to sit/stand after washing will permit contaminate's to collect on your clean car. If you reside near an industrial area most likely you will have iron deposits on your car. So, rinse your car with water, allow it to start air dry and then use Iron Remover spray, it should change color such as pinkish or purple, do not allow the Iron Remover spray to dry, rinse with water. Carnauba paste wax is the best, alternatives are liquid waxes and hybrid ceramic spray. If your car has been ceramic coated which is very expensive with paint correction at $600 to $1,200 just take it easy on your car. Ceramic Coating does not protect your car from road debris, chipping, or scratches, but it does prolong and protect your car paint. Next, never ever drive your car through an Automated Car Wash or Brushless Car Wash, it is one of the worst habits anyone can do. Literally, Automated Car Washes will destroy your car. If $Millionaire do not, you should not either. If you have never Clay Bar your car before, please don't on a new car, experiment on a car that is 10 plus years old or get help from someone who has Clay Bar dozens of times.

Can the Ceramic Wax Pro be applied to headlights/taillights, glass and piano black plastic trim (not bare plastic but the gloss black stuff)?
Real Ceramic Coating typically comes in a small glass bottle and is somewhat expensive. Take 2 to 3 days to cure. Used too much wax on the applicator. those 3 dots were enough to do the whole hood. Guess the Porche was previously done. Good job even though not able to see swirls or streaks as you did not use a handheld light closeup on the car. Never seen any detailer use a Detox spray after Clay Bar but you are removing the lubricating solution when you clay bar or left behind junk. What power tool, if any, did you use to polish the Porche?

So you use a clay bar to remove contaminants. But the clay bar leaves its own contaminants
Clay bars don't leave contaminants on your paint unless your doing something wrong.
Is there a specific way you have to wipe the stuff and wax on the car, or can it be applied in any direction?
It's best to apply wax in a back and forth motion to ensure even coverage.
