PvE
GvG - for Riftstones, Boonstones, Conflicts, Siege.
PvP Bruiser - I use this for Arena, Saurodoma Night raids, and I switch to this for PVE Bosses.

I'm just starting off leveling my character and I will be following your build. I noticed your pve build is the same as the pvp. Is it because all the pvp trains don't matter much for pve? If so, that makes is easier to gear up.

You could use any PVP gear with Melee/Range EVA for PVE.
But you can't use PVE gears for PVP.
Just make a PVP gear if you can, there is really no point to make a PVE gear in PVP game.
