The device you recommend can make a seal and thus cause ear drum damage. Is this product good for skin problems in the ear canal? The skin inside my ear is very flaky and it often itches. The wax is rarely solid; it's more like a transparent/very light fluid or just flakes. I use cotton buds for relief, even though I know it's not recommended. Would irrigation help in my case? Thanks.

Why spend all this money? Go to the pharmacy, buy a 5 ml syringe (obviously without the needle, gosh, ouch!), costs £1. Jump in your lovely warm bath, squirt water in your ears until all the nasty wax comes out. I've used this method for years, every few months, & without problems. So easy to clean out all the gunk in your ears in 2 minutes. No need to use olive oil first. Squirt the warm water into your ear gently at first, gradually increasing the pressure. Stop if you have pain, duh. I use full pressure without problems. Really I dunno why people buy this expensive equipment, when the old syringe does a better and much quicker job? And forget the olive oil in your ear for a week, it's BS, & unless you've got granite earwax rocks, the oil is a messy waste of time. And unless you're a nitwit, don't use this method if you have a perforated eardrum, or a really bad infection. Go see yer Doc.
@@DrCliffAuD Thank Doc. I'll give it a go. I have really hard ear wax which has made its way almost upto the opening of the ear canal. I used olive oil previously but that didn't work.

I'd like to have the bottle the urgent care used. 100x better but it hurt like hell. My ear got compacted so fast that these OTC devices aren't strong enough. Maybe if I could handle the stuffiness, headaches, itchiness and deafness, it would clear out in a week or 2. They did say I might have an infection, it was very red inside the canal, so crossing my fingers I don't need to ruin my gut health with antibiotics. It came out of the blue like it always does....just hit me 2 days ago. Guess I'll use this as a prevention and irrigate every 3 to 6 months.
What do doctors charge to remove impacted wax for someone without insurance? I know each doctor will be slightly different I'm just curious for a ballpark figure, I have earwax right on my eardrum and can't hear out of my right ear and it's annoying
I think I pushed cotton swabs too far into my ears when I was a teenager. Unexplained sensorineural hearing loss in both ears, and I remember a specific memory at my friend's house where I felt pain :( maybe unrelated though.
Oddly enough, Thailand is the one of the best places to get your wax removed if you happen ton be on vacation. Surprisingly they are better than the ear doctors I've tried here in South Korea where they are brutal, and use to nothing to to loosen the hard wax that builds up. What doctors typically do have is the endoscope and a monitor so you and the doctor can actually see what they are pulling / ripping out. Since I am currently stuck in Korea I have some caster oil (?) and Debrox. I hope that works or at least makes the hard wax soft enough to remove. Unfortunately wearing hearing hearing aid actually increases the wax build up by a long shot. Every 3 months at least I have to remove gross hard wax out of my ear, just due to change in weather and having my ears plugged up with hearing aids. Doesn't allow natural decompression.
Doc wondering how many year or age of the person have to check the ear if you have ear wax.. I usually use only qoue tips or go to specialist but so expensive
Got right up to the video sponsor and you lost me! While there is good info here, it feels like the whole video is just building up to the sponsor segment as the "solution to all your problems"... You turned a good video about the different methods into an infomercial
So, the Rexall ear cleaning kit with a plastic bulb to blast wax from ears is a recommended method. I just wish the hydrogen peroxide solution was stronger.
Save money, shouldn't be the key reason. Quality assistance to support proper hearing health in very many countries and with many insurance policies allow for the GP's assistant or hearing specialist to help out. That could be a hassle though. Medical grade olive oil drops can assist too, at home, low cost for all.

I was going to buy this & read this on one of the reviews: ***BUT***There's only one problem with this particular product, the rubber pointer that attaches at the nozzle, shoots a direct stream of water into the ear, which is invasive and can be counterproductive. IDEALLY, the rubber pointed tip should have 3 holes so that it diffuses the water's entry into the ear and instead of a direct stream into the tympanic membrane (ear drum), it aims around the cerumen (wax) and dislodges it to move outward. ***NO***This product does not come with the most practical 3-hole rubber tips that diffuse the water best.
That might work for loose wax on the inner walls of the ear, but what if it was impacted wax? Doesn't seem like a three stream would have enough pressure.
Luckily, earwax buildup has bot been an issues. My fine motor skills have are a lot to be desired. My gross motor skills aren’t much better. My concern would be losing the rubber dome inside my. I.think if this happens, it’s due to operator error.. I’m sure one day, i will not secure the dome properly after changing the wax guard. Glad that there are professionals who can do it for me
I disagree. NOT endorsing a sponsored product would be suspicious. Can you imagine if I accepted sponsorship from a company who sold products that I did not use myself? 😱
That little blue spray bottle of yours is rubbish. A spray bottle for the garden also does the trick and it's cheaper. Besides there are small rubber ear cleaning bulbs. They are cheaper too.
Endorsing your sponsor- not ethically cool. You basically made a ad video ! Flushing and dissolving the wax is the preferred method but there are many ways to achieve this. Some much cheaper than the product you are endorsing.
How is it unethical? It's disclosed that this is a sponsored video. I also treat patients with this product and sell this product in my clinic, just like any doctor would sell anything.

I did try many things, what helped me in then end was taking a long hot bath, ears under water. BANG I am free :)
At CVS minute clinic it is around $200
This dude's having an eargasm.
I think I pushed cotton swabs too far into my ears when I was a teenager. Unexplained sensorineural hearing loss in both ears, and I remember a specific memory at my friend's house where I felt pain :( maybe unrelated though.
Really good ear wax removal information. Thanks!
My ENT doctor is picking the wax out.very painful
@@RogerArthur-z2v it shouldn't be painful.
Thanks for content I watch every video about best way for clean my ear , and I have Conclusion best way is use water erigasion
A wax blaster could even make you have more earwax because it's water and if the water inside the ear dries up , it will turn into an earwax anyway
Doc wondering how many year or age of the person have to check the ear if you have ear wax.. I usually use only qoue tips or go to specialist but so expensive
No link to Eosera device
Sorry. amzn.to/3XFDmPU
Thank for sharing powerful information I have learned ❤❤❤❤❤❤
How do I get a hair out of ear?
Got right up to the video sponsor and you lost me!
While there is good info here, it feels like the whole video is just building up to the sponsor segment as the "solution to all your problems"...
You turned a good video about the different methods into an infomercial
Yeah, if you are reviewing what is the best product then you shouldn't have a sponsor from the product in the video...
Do u have a clinic that's specific of you being there as my doctor I want to find someone that knows are u a professional? Can I make an appointment
Where do you live?
Bobby pens (my buddies) is my go to unfortunately 😫. Ive stopled using for several month now and can now hear my self speak. ANNOYING and now a days, painful gor me! My local clinic keeps viven me drops for an inner ear infection or water in my ear u
Ive bern threw 2 bottles this far and the same symptoms return weeks later! For sone reason the consistency and texture of my ear wax has changed completely. Really shocks me!! I used to have rando pieces fall out of my ears constantly. Embarassing! Now its more sticky and stics to my ear causing build up and clogged feealing. If i move my head a certain way I can still hear it move around and still causes clogged feeling (hearing myself speak or sometimes loss of hearing ) happening as a result I would love to find one of those video endoscopy because im going to pic regarless! Irrigation does not work for me😫!! The wax blaster MD is my next thing to buy, never seen one personally but as an extreme couponer, im on the hunt 😊! What is the reason for the excesseive build up ive been dealing with for 40 years now? Im sure you have a video on this so i will do my part snd go find it 😊. Thanks Doc. 💯 oh reason im leaving a comment duh🙄😆, i was wonderin why the peroxide isnt goin down in my ear to break up this wax right now?
You aren’t supposed to stick the nozzle of that hose into your ear.
This channel's great, but every ad I've seen here on UA-cam is a scam. It's time to start holding Google responsible. Besides that, this video was awesome, in having issues with my ears, and I'm pretty sure it's a blockage. Thanks for the info
I try and block as many scam companies as possible. It's like whack a mole.
@@DrCliffAuD That's awesome and to be clear I'm not singling your channel out in any way, it's all over youtube no matter what your watching
Or you can use a basic syringe,
and just refill it from a bowl while over the sink.
I wonder how healthy the powered flushers are
Luckily, earwax buildup has bot been an issues. My fine motor skills have are a lot to be desired. My gross motor skills aren’t much better. My concern would be losing the rubber dome inside my. I.think if this happens, it’s due to operator error.. I’m sure one day, i will not secure the dome properly after changing the wax guard. Glad that there are professionals who can do it for me
My ears been clogged for months I've tried drops, peroxide, suck, alp at home
did it work
@@caltontwase3171 nope and the suction thing you suggested hasn't worked either, its trying to come out I just have to keep trying
@@divineandchoosenmika314 may be you see a doctor. And they remove wax using machine.
I'm also trying with warm water but it hasn't worked yet
I use a water pick.
What a way to slide your way into an ad while the added fanatics of pretending with ear effects.
Thanks!
I have no idea shat he wS saying I thought he will test & say which one is good
Am poor man, suffering in Pain , my ear killing me 😢
Or you can use an old Windex bottle for free,
after properly rinsing it.
I just returned from my doctor, and they sucked mine out. I have tried many methods with no success. Folks, "Go to the Doctor"....
How is this a reliable video when you're recommending just one product and that product is also the sponsor of the video... Waste of time
Endorsing what is sponsoring you is pretty suspicious.
I disagree. NOT endorsing a sponsored product would be suspicious. Can you imagine if I accepted sponsorship from a company who sold products that I did not use myself? 😱
Consistently irrigate your ears? What kind of doctor are you? Ear wax is there for a reason.
Dude. Was hoping for good info, 6 minute ad otherwise.
You only talked about 1, 1 tool. ONE. WTF, do you own this tool and sell it, because this video had no real information in it.
Almost each 2 months my ears getting closed
The super soaker gets the job done as well at a fraction of the cost
My back hurts
nice ad
That little blue spray bottle of yours is rubbish. A spray bottle for the garden also does the trick and it's cheaper. Besides there are small rubber ear cleaning bulbs. They are cheaper too.
Come on, what were Q-Tips designed for in the first place?
Endorsing your sponsor- not ethically cool. You basically made a ad video !
Flushing and dissolving the wax is the preferred method but there are many ways to achieve this. Some much cheaper than the product you are endorsing.
How is it unethical? It's disclosed that this is a sponsored video. I also treat patients with this product and sell this product in my clinic, just like any doctor would sell anything.
sorry but what you recomand is dangerous! as a kid I had a wax in my ear and went to a doctor. he clean it with irrigation and a spritze. one ear went well. as he did it to my second ear i went screaming and fall on the Botton on the floor because I could not walk anymore. I needed surgery. The irrigation rip open my ear. now most doctors world not flush your ears here in Germany because it happen to often... I think I could sue you in cord if I where in America and you recommend that to me because you are a doctor, if something happen to me? stop recommending dangerous practicing to people, if you call yourself a doctor...
Technically you can sue anyone for anything. You would lose the case because there are proper warnings in place with products like these.
There's slime in my ear help
don't trust anyone who makes those facial movements when flushing their ears... weird!
Only in America.😩
Lord have mercy I’m bout to bust 5:07
