Great video. Thank y’all so much for sharing. I have pre-diabetes. Just started a couple of months on a plant based lifestyle

Please consider going all the way by exclusively consuming an array of whole plants and fungi.

Good Catherine, consider the *whole* part in plants as Monica mentioned: legumes, cruciferous veggies or whole grains. Oreos, burgers, bread and pastries will not help even if plant based 😅

I'm curious how much fat they usually eat and if they've noticed if even plant fats negatively affect blood sugar control?

I don't think it's a coincidence that quite a few type 1 diabetics have Celiac Disease and Hashimoto's. I do suspect gluten. Granted, dairy products are probably an issue too.

“Plants giving me purpose”-such a beautiful reminder to our connection with nature.
What would our purpose be in needlessly killing the lives of fellow animals 3 times a day plus snacks?

Why does the doctor on the left look so yellow, like a Simpsons character? Does that look healthy to you? Maybe he needs to eat some meat.

      B12 deficiency probably.

I had b12 deficiency my entire life even when I ate lots of meat.
Also, yellowish color can be a cause for an excessive beta carotene.
But overall your comment wasn't nice or necessary.

@woman2251 I doubt you have ever eaten a lot of meat. The SAD is like 90% plant based these days. Long gone were the days when people used beef tallow, and ate steak and breakfast for dinner.
