Question: what are some practical steps that I can take as a single operator/owner that can give customers the “white glove” experience that costs more then the other average single operator/owner. I want to move my business in the higher cost better service direction, but feels hard to know the right steps to take. Thanks for all the valuable info and please keep the content coming!! Thanks!
Another way to frame the question: how can I as a single operator owner justify charging more for white glove experience, like bigger companies do. I don’t have the resources to offer to charge more, so it feels like a road block… What are the initial steps needed to take to differentiate myself, charge more, and then ultimately have the bigger company that offer more customer services. Hope that makes sense.
@@JeremiahJohnson24 Absolutely there is opportunity to justify charging more. A lot of the time it just takes raising your price and seeing what happens. For so many of us believing we are worth more is the battle. I think if you start believing you are worth more it will come across in your sales process and that in itself might be enough to win jobs at a higher price. The next step would be to look at what services you can provide that other companies don't. Are you better with color? Do you provide services they do not? Are you more attentive with each of your customers? From there you can start to tell the story to customers that explains why you are different from the competition and because of that more valuable to what they are looking for.

Do you guys pay your technicians if you don’t have enough work to keep them busy or just admin?
Just admins get paid if there is not enough work
