    Thank you for the recipes and your wonderful tutorials! My husband and I just visited Copenhagen and fell in love with this pastry! We are determined to learn how to make them, and so excited to try your recipe. I will say, those caramelized bits that melt out of the sides and get all golden and crunchy- those made it all the better! The bakeries and cafes we ate at all served the tebirkes with the excess caramelized filling still attached. But from a presentation standpoint I can see why you would trim them off.

    Cant wait to try and make this! I used to work at a Danish Bakery . One of my favorites were the Romkugler, drommakage, and noddemazarin. 😊 I hope we get to see more recipes!

    Hii! Just found your channel and I am looking forward to try many, many recipes. One in particular that I couldn't find is Polarbröd/ Polar Bread. I think it's Swedish but would be grateful if you could one day publish this as well. Tusen takk!

    What happened to bierkes, no marzipan?

      These have marzipan in them but you can leave it out of the filling if you want and use a butter & sugar mixture!
