She has a CTFletcher mentality. Her work outs and her meals are clean. I like carrying about 15% body fat so I know she sacrifices a lot more at the level she is at.

People who use roids probably need to look like they are at 5% body fat and look jacked and don't have the time to get the results they want. You can get there natty. Keeping it is what is hard.
It does not matter what she eats if you are looking for inspiration. This is only one part of why she looks the way she does. Other part she will never disclose publicly. And that is the most contributing part to her looks.

I've always felt that a flexible diet meaning not too stringent combined with high protien always was the way to go on any giving day. Your body will tell you what it wants to eat from one moment to the next and that could vary widely in diversity. This only validates what I've always known. High protien must always be ones foundation. Love it.

Great video! As you're interested in reducing toxins; i just found out that cooking food in aluminium releases aluminium into the food! This is especially true when there is something acidic in the food such as lemon juice, i've started using parchment paper instead
I really love how many whole fresh foods this has- but I gotta add some fibrous complex carbs like beans, brown rice, potatoes etc. If I just eat non starchy veg and protein I feel so food focused.
just a tip, buying pasture raised eggs will not only give you more nutrients, but it'll give the chickens a better life. They can put "free rage" on chickens that are still inside of a huge disgusting warehouse with huge ventilation fans, but still way too crowded. Buying pasture raised means they're actually free rage because they get to see the daylight and eat naturally outside.

Hmm....i'll be making an attempt of some of these. That dinner meal is fantastic...just to know, when you do tomatoes like that its good for the prostrate guys. I notice there is no flour or rice in the diet. I came off of flour & rice for 2 months, of which i lost 50 lbs. It was very motivating, i never allowed myself to put back on that weight. You shouldn't cut out carbs- they are an important part of the diet. Just make sure you include fiber with carbs. You can cut the processed starches like rice, bread, pasta , etc.

Would you consider making 20-30 minute strength/weight training exercise programmes, & how many repetitions for each set of exercises?
