      She has a CTFletcher mentality. Her work outs and her meals are clean. I like carrying about 15% body fat so I know she sacrifices a lot more at the level she is at.

      I am a male so things are different but as a man I can get super huge with the right work out and meal support. People who use roids probably need to look like they are at 5% body fat and look jacked and don't have the time to get the results they want. You can get there natty. Keeping it is what is hard.

      It does not matter what she eats if you are looking for inspiration. This is only one part of why she looks the way she does. Other part she will never disclose publicly. And that is the most contributing part to her looks.

    I've always felt that a flexible diet meaning not too stringent combined with high protien always was the way to go on any giving day. Your body will tell you what it wants to eat from one moment to the next and that could vary widely in diversity. This only validates what I've always known. High protien must always be ones foundation. Love it.

    love this.... Nice to see you eat! I was watching Zuzka Light go through what she eats in a day and she told all her viewers that she almost never eats breakfast , has a shake at lunch and eats pretty much only eats dinner... Basically starves herself. VEry refreshing to see you have a good appetite... No wonder you are the fittest women on Instagram!

    Love the simplicity of what you eat in a day!! I have made one of your recipes- w/ ground turkey, diced red & yellow bell peppers, onions, salt & pepper,then layering it on a few leaves of Romaine lettuce 🥬 Soooo Good !! Good stuff!! 💗🙋‍♀️

    Senada Greca..... I have been watching a lot of your shorts on You Tube . You have achieved amazing results! I've been especially interested in your dietary routine and love what I'm seeing. Your recipes look delicious ! I was curious if you've ever had the idea to put a recipe book out there for sale on the web ? I know you include in some in your workout programs but was wondering if you offered one on all your platforms, that it wouldn't be wildly successful and profitable ! Your ideas look awesome!

    Great video! As you're interested in reducing toxins; i just found out that cooking food in aluminium releases aluminium into the food! This is especially true when there is something acidic in the food such as lemon juice, i've started using parchment paper instead

    I really love how many whole fresh foods this has- but I gotta add some fibrous complex carbs like beans, brown rice, potatoes etc. If I just eat non starchy veg and protein I feel so food focused.

    just a tip, buying pasture raised eggs will not only give you more nutrients, but it'll give the chickens a better life.
    They can put "free rage" on chickens that are still inside of a huge disgusting warehouse with huge ventilation fans, but still way too crowded.
    Buying pasture raised means they're actually free rage because they get to see the daylight and eat naturally outside.

    as much as you said it was open eating, without any one single way. Much of what you displayed was, the Mediterranean Diet. I know many diets with vegetables can claim this as well. It was a very good video, very healthy eating. Great job.

    Love the recipes and the simplicity. I’m going to check out the protein powder you used. One thing, you should be lining your aluminum foil with parchment paper so the aluminum is not touching your food.

    Hmm....i'll be making an attempt of some of these. That dinner meal is fantastic...just to know, when you do tomatoes like that its good for the prostrate guys. I notice there is no flour or rice in the diet. I came off of flour & rice for 2 months, of which i lost 50 lbs. It was very motivating, i never allowed myself to put back on that weight. Thank you for these tips.

    Hi. Thank you for the video. Could you please tell me when do you start to it and when is your last meal of the day? Do you do intermittent fasting, for example start eating at 10 am and finish until 4 pm ?

    Fantastic day of feeding your body. This is how I eat daily. But I'm not as fit as you. My workout is limited by chronic back pain. Yoga is the only workout for me. Thank you for sharing.

      You shouldn't cut out carbs- they are an important part of the diet. Just make sure you include fiber with carbs. You can cut the processed starches like rice, bread, pasta , etc.
