Not 24 % it nearly 25.36% including charges. Gratuity 4.81%, Bonus minimum is 8.33% max upto 20%, ESI upto 4.25% when ur gross is less than 21000. It's is compulsory not by company saying medical insurance undhi tiskondi anedi it wrong information it is mandatory

What ever you choose no tax you have to pay because ur not pay any tax upto 5 lakhs u get tax relief upto 12500 no tax no regime only file it close it need not to worry.
