U can attend with any amount of gap, provided ur reason is genuine, and, u need to prepare strongly for the interview on whatever domain u worked previously.

I tried the same trick..but they are not giving buyout option and not releasing me early even.they are telling I need to serve 90 days notice period at any cost 😭😭 even though I tried to convince them a lot...

@@bandigirohithkumar4972 I have told the companies I can join in 30 days and attended interviews..got selected and immediately resigned..I told them I can join After 20 days due to extension of project..they agreed..mean while as I have one offer in hand already so other companies were ok to wait

The policy varies from company to company. Some companies hold the first month of notice period salary while others hold the last month of notice period salary and settle the same with the FFS(full and final settlement).
