For example, if a candidate has worked in company 'A' for a few years, and then joined company 'B'. Now this candidate didn't like the work culture at 'B', and has absconded (say after 2 months from the joining date). Now if he joins company 'C', and mentions that his previous company was 'A' (He didn't mention about 2 months of experience at 'B'), in such a case, company 'C' can check his PF history and come to know that the candidate has worked for 2 months in 'B'.
This is also one of the consequences of absconding.

Hi sir I have a doubt...I have joined non-IT company first day (finance background) but from second day i have not continued due to personal issue . And same thing I have explained HR through call and mail to recurter(one month back). But even after updating to them they are asking me to write hand written letter for giving explanation not joining company without updating information to them. But sir I hav already updated them through mail and now they are telling they will take Strick action etc....Can u pls advise

@@SoftwareLyf Hello Sir, I am working in company from past 3years, but from last 2 months I am having continue health issue could not able to continue work proper, but am having some local treatment but they are asking for medical certificates to approve 1 month leave so then I asked for resignation but they are thinking in different way, and HR also told me to put Leave with out pay for notice period 2 months, i am not getting any pay and my last working day is 18-april-2022, plase advice are they give me smooth exit.........

How to request reliving letter after absconding..can we use that reliving letter as experience
I had a bike accident in May 2019. My left leg ligament and cervical disk started hurting. After 5 days, I handed in a hard copy of my resignation letter. However, my manager refused to accept it, believing the injury wasn't critical. 10 days later, I went to my native place and was admitted to the district hospital for 6 days, followed by around 4 to 5 months of bed rest. I have photocopies of all medical documents, including admission consent letter, initial assessment letter, and progress sheets for six days. How can I obtain my relieving letter if HR has changed he mentioned as absconded and is not providing relieving letter , along with completing the full and final settlement?

Request your current organisation for the resignation. If they invested any amount for your training you might need to return that or there will be some amount to break the bond you need pay that.
Even after paying that amount if you're getting a higher amount in another organisation then consider joining that else stay where you are.
You just started your career, you can earn a lot of money in future if you learn the skills so concentrate on skills instead of money, don't make the wrong decision for 1lakh amount. You will get a lot in the future.

I don't think they can take any legal action. They will put you in a block list. Which means you can't join that company again the future. I suggest you to convince your manager or TL by providing a good reason to quit the job. Absconding is not at all Good.

Just don't inform your present company, that you already worked in that company, don't mention your experience from your previous company in which you got absconded.
If you mention it, they will have BGV check with your previous company and you will be caught. So avoid mentioning you previous experience

Apply for Official Resignation and call your Manager and HR stating some reasons for u wanting to leave. Try to negotiate the Notice Period. If they don't allow to reduce the notice period, try asking for a notice period buyout. If they still say No, then think and tell Ur Decision that I can serve till so and so date, I can't work later than that date and if U tell them this, they will probably mark U as absconding. Even I am in the same situation right now, I got another offer which is better suitable to my Long term career goals. So I tried everything but they did not allow me any option, they want me to serve the full notice period or else I will be marked as Absconding, as I worked here for only 2 months, I don't need any experience letter and the new company is ready to take me in as a Fresher without experience letter or Relieving letter, so I decided to abscond and not show the current experience in my CV in the future.
