The white lady is indeed Shaltear but she lost her memory of meeting Brain as was explained in the last episode of season 1. And she was just there to observe and kinda be a protective layer around their theater.
She was also there to take the prisoners to Nazarick with her portal skill.

sa for what climb said, it was cut content from the LN. basically the rescued peopple didnt want to leave without their family and climb ended up thretening them to move. that made them angry and they wanted to blame climb and the princes so climb wanted to spare renners feelings. ao coarse renner is fully aware of it and uses it to make climb feel sorry for her

The book's are more terrifying then the Anime... Demiurge's Happy Farm for example is one of the most creepiest things ever. But the Anime is making a good job to give you a little glimpse how terrible the world of 'Overlord' is

To add to a comment of " The5armdamput33 ", I think that the noteworthiness of this scene comes from the way the prototype has changed hands.
Firstly Ulbert, who made it and is also Demiurge's own creator.
Secondly Ainz, who has carefully kept it and is the last remaining Supreme Being at Nazarick.
It's easy to think that there's nothing noteworthy happening because Ainz's decisions are always being praised by Demiurge and because Ulbert has only been shown in a few flashbacks that are lacking in context.
