It is dependant body shape that some women will get when thin (and maybe or not healthy) and others will not, ever, unless they literally lose so much weight they are living skeletons (which is decidedly unhealthy)

Constantly washing a beard makes it dry out and bristly. It seems most beard growers say to wash it about every 7 days, but rinsing more regularly, during which time it shouldn't get that bad. I did mine twice a week which is about as often if not more so than most people with the hair on their head. It sounds like your co worker must have basically never washed his beard.

This is the perfect example of hypocrisy. Men can't say anything about makeup (and many other things), but women can talk about mens beards? Ultimately, I think this video is fine. And I think women SHOULD be allowed to have opinions like this, just as men SHOULD be allowed to have opinions - and voice them - about makeup and such. We need to get out of this ultra-sensitive culture of unsustainable outrage.

But ultimately, they should still be allowed to voice those opinions. Having said that, there are just as many things that men say about makeup that are as inoffensive as everything in this video, and yet they are still demonised for it. (E.g. "You look great without makeup on" or "I'm more attracted to women who wear less makeup" or "I'm more attracted to women who wear more makeup".) There is nothing inherently wrong with these kinds of statements, and they are no different than the ones being made in this video. I grew a beard about 3 years ago. About once a year I shave it so it can re-grow. Everyone always says I look better with out it, but I love it, it'll never go now that I've gotten used to it.

For me, it really depends. Like, do they keep it clean? Is it well groomed? Is it so long and thick that it covers up most of their faces? Is is so close shaven that I’m going to get beard burn if I kiss them?
I actually prefer clean-shaven men because they are easier to kiss. I don’t mind a well-groomed beard/stache that isn’t super thick and long to the point of overwhelming their face or super close and prickly to the point of causing beard burn. Something that’s right in the middle between scruffy and thick with proper grooming enough to feel comfortable is something I think I could get used to.
It really has become a trend for guys to not be clean shaven anymore, particularly for younger men in their twenties and thirties. While it’s not always unattractive to me, I’m really not into the super thick beards that look like they never get washed and combed through properly at all. I’m not into greasy, tangled, and ratty looking thick beards. Like, if you’re going to grow one, at least put in an effort to make it look clean and presentable enough for me to want to kiss you! I feel like a lot of men don’t put in the effort to make their beards look clean and presentable enough to kiss, and it’s an immediate turn off for me whenever I see it.

Look its simple, beards and scruff are considered masculine, lack of hair and soft features are considered feminine. Some people prefer their potential partner to look more feminine or masculine, some do not. To say a man or woman should or should not have hair is purely a matter of preference.
There is also the fear and influence factor. Some women are scared of masculine men and associate it with criminals/homeless so want baby faces, some associate clean shaven with money and success.

My most recent ex has hair follicles that won't quit, which do their darnedest to grow a beard whether he wants one or not (he does not). I have obnoxiously sensitive skin. He ended up shaving a few hours before whenever we were going to hang out or I ended up with a legit rash around my mouth, on my neck, etc. He said it that in addition to helping me out, it was better than saying, "Beard burn," every time someone asked if he worried about getting my rash and was it contagious. (Yes, sometimes it was that bad.)
So no, not a big fan of the facial hair.

I think beards are awesome because they make us (men) look much more manfully,responsible for what we do and how we behave in different situations, Also we seem to look at least 3 years older than we are and it gives some kind of certainty that having beard is necessary for you. This small part of psychological confidence in yourself make our life a bit easier.
Of course, some girls don't like it, some people say "C'mon! Just go and shave! You look like a homeless person!". In my opinion, it's inportant to pay attention to what people say about you beard and a whole appearance, but if you like beard - just let the beard grow an don't listen to anyone!

Ladies, we don't grow beards for you. Just like you don't put on makeup for us. We do it for social acceptance between us men. A larger beard usually means more respect, where having a baby face is at the bottom of the pole. But a beard is only a small factor from how men interact with each other.

For myself growing a strong beard had been my wish since puberty but growing hear on every place you can imagin except for the hair on my face. For facial hear just started showing progress about a year ago when i whas 22, never thought it could take this long for some men to grow a full beard. So when my beard finally is done getting it's full shape i will be the proudest man with a beard on earth, looking for a soulmate that doesn't have a problem with it or i will get so depressed it wouldn't be curable forever. Woman should start respecting the beard for it makes a man in the opinion of many-most men. Amen
