Literally enjoying this delicious treat with a hot cup of tea...don't hesitate people if you are looking for a tasty, warm snickerdoodle! THANK YOU CAROLYN!
I just found your channel because of high falutin low carb. I can't believe you don't have more traffic. Love your recipes so far....They have saved me more than a few times!
Definitely going to try this before the day is out!! Your lilacs are beautiful and I can imagine they smell wonderful. Thanks for the recipe! I'm waiting for your last book to be delivered. Can't wait.
I'm going to have get some of those ramekins, because I have trouble using mugs in my microwave -- the ones I have are all different shapes and sizes, picked up as mementos, and none seem the right size for these mug cakes. Thanks for the recipe and the video; I find the tips really useful and it really helps to see what the consistency of the batter should be. (I know I've said it before, but it's true. It's one thing to read a recipe, but quite another seeing it!) You'll laugh, but your cookbooks have been part of my stash of comfort reads :-)
Thank you. I'm really craving cinabons or similar. And this recipe is perfect👌. What if I don't have baking soda or cream of tartar? Can I use baking powder? And how much? And can I use mascaporne cream instead of the whipping cream? I've only stocked my fridge with mascaporne cream as it lasts longer. Don't worry if I don't get a snickerdoodle mug cake, anything that resembles it would be amazing!
Yep, I think i wrote about the baking powder in the actual recipe itself, so just click through. And hey, I am all for mascarpone! Let it be very soft before you add it and you may need some water to thin the batter.
@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood thank you so much Carolyn. Looks like I'll be having a delicious treat for breakfast tomorrow😋. And I need to spend a day or two to immerse myself in your website. It's amazing!!
Yummy! This looks so good!!! (ok, it's food porn for a baker...). Carolyn, My new copy of your baking book is in transit from Target!!! It's due to arrive on Friday! I can't wait!!!

Thanks. I am mostly a blogger rather than a UA-camr. ;)
Love your recipes! Have all your cook books! Thank you for making keto a lot more fun!

Thanks, Jessie!
Made your recipe tonight and it was delicious! Thank you!
So glad to hear it!
I made this today and this was sooooo good

They were my neighbour's lilacs and I begged for a few! LOL.

Look for 6 to 8 ounce ramekins, I should have mentioned the size in the video.
@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood Thanks for the tip, I'll make sure to do that!
Thanks for this amazing mug cake
It’s so testy
Thanks for this! I will try it.
Just made it, it tasted a bit too “eggy” for me. Is there a way to mask the egg or use something else? I love your chocolate mousse pie recipe!

Thank you! 🤤
What is a good size ramekin. I'm thinking 8oz but don't know if that's right.
That would work. So would an 8 ounce mug.
