@@Metalhead90 you dudes are lucky. I'm 20 now and I had limited internet access through my years as a kid. Never found things like this and had a bad family. Here's my advice...
Never stop learning. And school teaches in an ineffective way that actually makes us not like learning because it's harder. Get the basic concept down, this does this. Then this does this BECAUSE of this, so on. Say curious, it'll drive you. We're never done learning, and that an ok thing. Not to be looked at like 'ugh'.
Your mindset is invaluable. Morals, logic, decision making skills, knowledge, it all created your base as a man. Everything about you and how the world sees you stems from your mindset.

    Summary and timestamps
    1) 1:14 Learn how to suffer in silence.
Do not depend on others to feel better. It is okay to feel emotions, but do not let them control your decisions. Hard time create hard men.
    2) 3:11 Great violence.
A man has the duty of protecting himself and others. If you are not capable of violence, you are vulnerable. A warrior prays for peace, but prepares for war.
    3) 4:39 Take risks.
Life is about taking risks to achieve success. This gives you the power to create the life you want. Do things even if they are hard.
    4) 5:36 Take ownership.
It is scary to take responsability, and most can not take the blame of a failure. Time is precious. Take responsability for everything on your control.
    5) 7:15 Testosterone.
Testosterone is the hormone that influences your masculinity the most. Without testosterone you lose motivation to work for your goals.

@@ryanvee570 It is through painful, failed relationships, both romantic and friendship type ones, that you truly fi d yourself. Your morals, your core beliefs, your "Nobody will ever do that to me again" line in the sand. That leads into the capacity for violence. Get hurt enough and it becomes increasingly easier to see yourself getting violent to protect yourself and those close to you. Live with this hard won knowledge about yourself and what you are truly capable of (including the knowledge that you can in fact be dangerous if need be) and you will form a solid and mature view of what everything really means to you and what is worth fighting for. Hopefully, this all leads to being a fair, honorable and strong man.

i asked myself that same question and the answer i came up with was no, only because i have sacrificed my discipline and principles for people and society's approval. After that and regain my sense of self, disciplining my mind over and over i finally understand what it means to be a man. Society and people broke me time and time again, until i finally began to truly understand the sense of self and what it takes to be a force like the ocean that is to be respected
the moment you stop trying to do what society demands you to do, take accountability, responsibility, discipline your mind, being humbled and have principles thats where you truly become a man.
    1) Me personally, im glad that i had suffered because it gave me an opportunity to learn and grow.
    2) i want to create peace but i know not everyone would follow suit. so instead i be peaceful but when the moment comes thats when i become truly violent to protect
    3) took risk and reached out to people to help my artwork expand and thus making great improvements and connections. Not taking risk is an act of fear
    4) i avoid blaming others and just blame myself for my own mistakes which allowed me to think and never make the same mistakes again
    5) i will always work not just in the gym but also in the mind and soul so that it becomes unbreakable
one thing i will always remember and keep as a best friend, DISCIPLINE AND PRINCIPLES

my father wants me to become strong mentally and physically but he doesn't have a lot of time to spend with me as he has to work, he wants me to become a great role model for myself, younger siblings and future children and since my father can't teach me as he would like to, it has been a great help to learn from your channel.

I had a friend I would visit to play games with, and one time he wanted me to be with him at a certain time, but I said I was too busy. Then he got angry, grumbling the "too busy" part. I could tell he hated what i said because his dad probably told him that often.. being a rich man who had to work far away in other countries for long periods of time sometimes.... so I relented and said I would do as he wanted, to show I cared and because I didn't want my friend uspet.

There are ideals which are worthy to pursue, especially when they are in our nature. My gf works in a school. They have a program which is pretty much about deleting "gender stereotypes". Imagine the hard awakening these boys and girls will get when getting into their adult years and noticing they suddenly develop passions for things they weren't actively exposed to against all generational wisdom which is not only that of our own culture but an artifact of the human species.

My channel has proof the big bang is wrong, macro-evolution is wrong, atheism is wrong, Islam is wrong, Hinduism is wrong, Jews rule the world, devil worshippers rule the world, there is an agenda to turn everything upside down (such as make women out of men), and so forth. I want others to know the truth. The truth saves free. Lies cannot profit. The short term profit isnt profit when you take into account the eternal loss.

My little dude, I hope you will get well in the future.
For your own sake, and for other's, don't listen to anything said in this video. None of this is true nor will help you in life.
Know how to speak about your suffering. The human psychology is a complex maze. You will learn a lot about yourself and how you react about situations in your life, but you will also sometimes face problems you can't solve alone. Sometimes, you won't even realize there is a problem (this is a recurrent pattern with people suffering from addictions). Is it good to spend your days just crying about yourself and complaining without changing a thing ? No. But it is good to also seek help when needed.
Also, violence doesn't solve shit. It's a good thing to stay healthy and active, even better to know how to defend yourself. It will maybe get you out of bar-brawls situations. But in the end, violence as an only solution will end you either hospital or jail, most of the time both.
Don't listen to people just because they use anime / badass series footage and a voice modifier.
I hope you'll get through your problems and become a wholesome dude. Good luck out there.

There are several ways you can increase your testosterone levels:
Exercise: vigorous exercise, especially with weights, can significantly increase testosterone production.
Sleep: getting enough quality sleep can help keep your testosterone levels high.
Diet: eating high-quality proteins, fats and carbohydrates can help support testosterone production.
Minimizing stress: stress can significantly reduce testosterone production, so it's important to minimize stressful situations and find ways to cope with them.
Limiting the consumption of alcohol and caffeine: these substances can negatively affect testosterone levels, so it is important to limit their consumption.
It is always best to consult with your doctor before making any dietary or exercise changes.
