Crescent Roll Veggie Pizza
1 tube of refrigerated crescent rolls
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 Tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
optional veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, carrots, green onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Unroll crescent rolls flat on a greased baking tray, pinching the seams together. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth. Once crescent roll crust is completely cooled spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust. Finely chop the veggies you prefer and lay them over the cream cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Cut into squares and refrigerate.

Day 3 of asking for a recipe/substitution without gluten (only using coconut flour because that's the only type of flour I can personally have), no sugar, no starch, no dairy, no nuts/grains, and no eggs. It sucks not being able to eat normal things and I'm hoping that someone has some sort of solution so I can eat baked things again ^^
