The harsh reality of Food business in India is.. The Unhygienic Street vendors are far better than the kitchen staff in luxury Restaurants. One side is clearly ignorant and think its acceptable (they can change their face if you train them) Another side gets trained but once they are in the closed walls, they dont give a F. Another ridiculous confession i heard from a friend who works in one of the finest restaurants in Hyderabad is.. their kitchen staff spit in customers food, because they didnt give the tip (previously) and some do it for the fun! Food Inspectors should not only check for the expiry dates of the products but keep an eye on whats going in these big kitchen. A live monitoring camera system should be a mandatory!
Bro please do a detailed comparison on Best Veg Dhum Biryani in Hyderabad. It is hard to find a good veg dum biryani which is equivalent to non veg biryani. Some might debate it's veg pulao but for a veggie like me it's a biryani.
All hygeine standards are only for those 10% 5 star restaurants. The real hygeine is needed in the street food vendors. That is what most people eat and everyone sees. This will save billions of Rupees in health costs.
It is permitted to sell for packaged foods and other in permissible limit . But not in prepared food. So you cant stop selling you can only try restricting

A question : If synthetic food color is illegal to use then why are those tiems allowed to be sold openly , first we should stop that.

@@pavansaisaran I am not talking about the synthetic color sold for companies.. I am talking about colors which normal retail shops sell
