    Considering I live in an apartment and have to go to a self service car wash, this isn’t too time consuming. Considering I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of getting change, hoping it isn’t too busy to do a bucket wash(a lot of self service places don’t like that). These videos are super helpful and give me hope lol.

      Hey, I recommend using this as a pre rinse on the wheels. Get them clean first, then foam the car. After you foam the car rinse the whole vehicle . I carry two buckets and soak microfiber towels with clean distilled water. Then foam the whole car again and use Gary Dean's method. I would consider getting a leaf blower. Electric or of you can find a plug in.

    Scott, this is a perfect solution for those of us living in the rust belt where the roads are covered with salt that ends up on our cars as a nice white coating. It's not possible for me to do driveway wash with my pressure washer or just a hose as all exterior faucets are turned off to prevent freezing, and my pressure would have to drained and put in a heated location after each use. This cordless PW could work great, especially if the water was warm/hot. A foam job, then quick wash, rinse off with PW, and blow dry with cordless leaf blower.

    I like the idea, Scott! I’ve actually been playing around with a couple gallons of distilled water and doing a “rinse-less” style wash. Just another idea for those that are restricted on water and/or in apartments, etc.

    Love this video. I do a traditional wash with my high pressure washer and foam cannon. I then rinse with the high pressure washer with normal water, I then use a hydroshot, using distilled water as a final rinse just to avoid as many water spots as possible (yes, I am a little OCD). Water spots are my enemy and I don't want to spend a ton of money on a soft water system

    Thanks , I picked up one of those hyper tough washer . Not necessarily to wash cars, I was using to help clean a shower which needed some extra cleaning power. I though about using a electric pressure washer on low psi but running a garden hose from outside was out of the question. I plan on doing a review on this myself in a little bit along with the 20v leaf blower that uses the same battery.

    Great review. Just like you mentioned, it’s a convenience tool where convienience is not available. a lot of people hate on cheap products like this especially the hyper tough series, but in my opinion i think its cool these companies are thinking of people who can't afford the more expensive equipment or like you said if they live in a water restricted area this would be a great tool to have.

    Great review Scott. I just received my IK Pro 2 foamer last week, and finally got round to using it yesterday with the remaining maguiars wash&wax, and oh boy was that fun to spray around! :D

    Thanks for the review Scott and I'm one of those apartment people you speak of and I've been using my Worx since it came out about 2 years ago, no issues. I agree 100% about it being safer because it just is, doesn't mean I'll stop using WW but when my car is lightly dusty from say 3 days of to and from work I'll just foam my car with the IK Foam 9, let dwell, rinse off with the Worx and dry off with The Sucker, done! Also great for wheelwells, tires and wheels too!!
    To those who complain about the lower pressure, think about this...how do you safely wash while on a road trip? Get one of these or a Worx, bring along 2 buckets and some soap and wheel/tire cleaners and your all set💡

  • @Sean-ij3mi
    @Sean-ij3mi 4 роки тому

    Hey scott, quick question in regards to waterless washing......do you think it would be safer to use a waterless wash product with a microfiber towel soaked in ONR solution (I keep a bucket with onr solution along with microfiber towels) and use waterless wash as normal just with a microfiber soaked in onr as I feel it may be safer to do that as opposed to just spraying waterless wash with a dry microfiber towel, so I'm basically doing a rinseless wash with waterless wash in a pump sprayer as a pretreat. Your thoughts on this would be appreciated

I have the same Marolex Axel Foamer 3000, using it also on low density adapter and it works, but foamers like Mesto 1.5 Foamer or Alta Foam 2000 have wider angle spray nozzle. Scott do you know which spray nozzle is coming together with Marolex from factory? Marolex on their website has couple of nozzle sets for their sprayer with different spray nozzle angles - 45 degree, 80 degree and 110 degree.
