5:18 - pain the enemy golem, finish it with cabal, kill egg with golem and then the spider with sylvanas - guaranteed free doomguard with the same mana spent.
13:21 "I feel like it's really, really tough to go priest, shaman, rogue. Almost feels outclassed by other classes. Almost." Shaman has the 4th highest winrate post-GvG behind Face, Tap, and Wallet.... I mean Hunter, Warlock, and Warrior... Priest and Rogue, on the other hand were placed 8th and 9th. WOO SHAMAN!!!
Oh warrior is the worst to find in casual mode when I'm just trying to earn gold for packs and arena runs. Like dude you already have all the good cards gtfo.
At 4:50, he should have pained the golem, sent the cabal into the 2/1, his golem into the egg, and then his Slyv into the 4/4 for a guaranteed doomguard.
4:50 Wouldn't it be a better play to SW:P the harvest golem, use own harvest golem against the damaged golem, kill egg with cabal and kill nerubian with sylvanas to get a charging doomguard? (Yes, he was dead to soulfire anyway, but what if the warlock didn't had it?)
What is the point in a war golem because dr boom is like the wargolem but better. Is it just because the boom bots could set of enrages or u can have 2 war golems that balences it because that does not balence it
Wouldn't Lightbomb be a better alternative to Shadow Word: Death? Most of the time you will kill the big legendaries with it anyways and those have equal or more attack damage most of the time, while Lightbomb also has the upside of hitting anything on the board, istead of only 5+ attack minions. It can also trigger your own Sylvanas (since many Priest Death their own Symvanas to activate the Deathrattle), given anything survives the explosion. Another upside is, that Priest has ways to manipulate their minions healthtotal. All that at a meesely +1 mana cost to Shadow Word: Death.
at 4.50... why not shadow-word the golem - kill the small golem with your golem - take out the egg with cobalt and suicide your sylvanas into the nerubian to steal the doomguard?
4:28 You could have killed the egg with your Harvest Golem, then kill his HG with Cabal + SWP (2 mana) then kill the Nerubian with Sylvanas steal the Doomguard hit is face with it, and then put Sludge Belcher (5 mana) on board and heal yourself. (2 mana) I was screaming at the monitor for you to do it. x) But his lucky Soul Fire topdeck wins anyway.
Why put Sylvanna over Belcher + heal in the first game at turn 7? Looks like a noob mistake. Not saying Trump is a noob. Just saying he made a mistake. And please educate me on why BGH could possibly be good? He already has SWD, Vol'jin, Mind Control and Sylvannas. I think stoners from Twitch chat were yelling the loudest and Trump took the bait.
Kudastavski I'm sure he felt very pressured to attack that Sylvannas while Trump was in a defensive position. Aside from that, Trump had Mind Control + SWD if the opponent were to drop a Doomguard. "Sylvannas puts more pressure."
What are you going to be SW:D'ing that doesn't have 7 or more attack (in a normal game?). Dr. Boom, Baron Geddon, Rag, Giants, any other Assortment of 8 mana 8/8's; why not get a 4/2 as well? Even still it is good to have one SW:D around, even if just for desperation Sylvanus sacrifices. I do not know if these are Trump's opinions, but they make sense to me. I can see how perhaps he may have too much removal, however, I think this deck is possibly skewed toward handlock and control warrior.
DownrightDarius This game is a great example why SWD is way better than BGH. BGH would simply be a 4/2 instead of being able to kill a Doomguard or being able to make some plays with Sylvannas.
TheDutchAssessor This just in: SW:D is better than BGH against decks without 7+ attack minions. Who knew? It's clearly a tech card against control. I know you knew that. One game against zoo is a poor argument for SW:D > BGH.
At 4:50 he could easy have killed everything of the enemy and could have get the 5/7 guy with sylvanas. If he would have send sylvana into the 4/4 after killing the egg and the golem with the other minions. And then play Sludge Belcher. Total Mistakes have been done. WTF
i think i said this in another video, but you should give control rogue a shot. i personally think its viable, just try to be light on the combo cards.
(playing priest) today i got a deathlord double power word shielded it double valens chosen'd it double divine spirit, i had an 8 80 spell power deathlord, it was op
Just remove harrison he's too situational in the current meta. Only warrior use weapons (Since you don't see much rogues now) and they rarely keep a fresh weapon.
Any priest veterans willing to answer some questions? Tl;DR: anybody have success with an unconventional control priest without the obvious picks like holy smite and injured blade master?? I've never climbed with priest before, but I did today. I made a control priest but I took out some obvious picks for science. I didn't have voljin or any blade masters but substituted them for chow and recombobulator. I noticed The shadow recombobulator combo worked for all meta because turn 5 belcher is so common so turn 6 I stole belcher 70% of the time. On paper, my deck looks impractical (too much tech), but I climbed to rank 9 in one day. Anyone else have success without the injured/circle combo and just general lacking big hitters?
Chow and *recom (although I think you meant shrinkmaster) are conventional too you know. I've taken Injured completely out of my deck this month. Also rid myself of sludge and put in abomination instead. I'm climibing steadily so far. Currently at rank 16.
Injured/circle combo is still ok to put in. It's still pretty strong, since priest is one of the few people who can actually make it into the 4/7 on turn 3, which is often hard to deal with, especially for other priests since its 4 attack. one of the changes made after gvg is instead of using circle, i use light of naaru to heal it. Its basically 3 dmg with an auchanei and has the added benefit of spawning a light warden since it doesnt fully heal it. As for your question about big hitters, yes, I often have success without alot of big hitting minions. more often then not, i take the enemies heavy hitters with the likes of sylvannas and mind control. thoughtsteal is also handy. If you want, show me the deck your running and ill give you my opinion. Im not pro, but i've hit legend twice with good ole priest and almost have a golden portrait. Currently sitting at rank 5 with a mech deck im running.
MoDRun IDK how the game is actually coded to handle this, but if a mininion has it's max health reduced while it is at max health remains undamaged, and is then silenced, it is restored to it's printed max health, I've seen it happen before. again IDK why, and I don't know how it works in other scenarios before you ask.
MoDRun it wouldn't health change effects are reversed with silence, so it would become an 8/8, not sure how you'd handle it if they dealt 1 dmg to it tho; i tested this with hunters mark, so obviously I couldn't deal 1 dmg without killing it.
Trump I think I just played you (my name mighty miller) and you used Kezan Mystic to win. Why are you the first person I've met on ladder running that card?
This is ridiculous now, turn time should halt when card animations are being played and not just when the rope is displayed but all the time too. You would think it would be basic functionality.
Trump, stop overthinking... Really.. You are complicating things that aren't complicated at all just to think EVERY POSSIBLE thing that could happen? I understand it's practice for tournaments and it's good.. But honestly, it's one of the reasons i stopped watching the stream and moved over to YT... But even here i still get frustrated when there are such turns that EVERY motion you do, you still think a few secs if that's the correct one before actually doing it, even tho you already thought about it... Just try to go with the flow for once, i know you have the capacity to actually make the correct decision about that turn within a few secs of the turn starting (or even during the opponent turn), and mostly first instinct in these games is usually the best play (and the play you do after overthinking it)... Ofc this leads to some misplays, but honestly, the amount of fails you have due to overthinking and waiting way too long to actually make your moves are more than those you would make by making a first thought play.. (actually, you are an statistics man, try to keep count of both ways and you'll be shocked ;) )
I find this painful. I -HATE- when warlock tap after playing there turn, you always tap first to see if you get a better solution. Its PAINFUL watching warlocks tap after playing all there cards.. ...
Every time Trump says "It's complicated" , I seriously cringe. It's his defense mechanism for faking like he knows something we can't possibly understand.
I like Trump but I wonder how he can do that every month of his life ! Every month climbing the ladder, playing and playing again... I couldn't do what he's doing... I mean its so repetitive ! He never stop streaming everyday wich make me wonder... Does he go out of his house sometimes? Does he go out with friends? He never make a special video to say :"Hey i'm going on vacation, I wont upload anything for few days!". It makes me feel a bit sad for him ... Haters gonna hate but... Its just something I figured out... You like it or not ... Its a statement :(
Do you do one on one help or something? Cause this is bullshit. I just faced 3 opponents in arena that had the exact perfect cards every single fucking turn to just clear my entire board and put 2 - 3 creatures per turn.
Don´t play cards to just play them, try to play them for a reason, for example on turn 2 a 3/2 on a hunter is better then a 2/3 because you can get the 3 mana 3/3 , or for instance your opponent has a 3/4 on turn 3, you are warrior and no board, if you play anything that has less then 4 attack you give your opponent the chance go go ahead by trades, but if you have a slam a minion with 2 attack would be fine and you get value of the slam or cleave if you have any. Other things are planning your future turns, but remaining flexible, and play cards that are in some way dangerous for your opponent so he has to trade. Also try to get in arena the most valuable cards and then in game try to get their maximum value, but don´t get to greedy. Afterall, experience is also important, and only through defeats and mistakes you can learn, it is also useful to think of what your are going to face the next turns ;)
Have you been playing for a long time? Maybe you're playing into things without realizing it or just don't know how to choose in arena. I'm not saying this in a bad way. If you need any help inbox me and I'll be glad to help you out, or 1v1 you, I've been legend a few times and though I'm still learning I know a few things.
I get annoyed when streamers wait until the last possible second to make a move and then they wonder why they can't finish their turn, act faster damn you
Anti-zoo deck sucks to all zoo decks was played against ? Really ? Maybe is something wrong with player ? Or it is not anti-zoo deck but control-badly-converted to pretend to be anti-zoo ?
I hate the current meta. It was enough back in the day when there was only zoolock, but then we got the huntard and now we have the new mechmage zoo deck. It's ridiculous. Seriously, even if you get better winrate with these decks, why would anyone want to play these boring, annoying, simple minded minion spam decks? Creativity has completely disappeared from Hearthstone! All there is these days is people netdecking these retarded zoo decks and just playing to win. Not to have fun.
I actually think that this meta is better because at least there is variety. There was a time when Murloc-Warlock decks were everywhere, then everyone was Zoo, then everyone was Hunter, then everyone was Hunter again. I mean, at least now we have a selection of poisons to experience. :) Also, at the lower ranks, you get a bit of everything, which is nice. Can't speak for the 10+ ranks, though at this time, I've not ventured there this season as yet.
I love how animations still lock out all input, yet don't pause the turn timer. Absolutely brilliant game design.
Waiting to start doing your turn until you have 5 seconds left, then swinging around in panic. Gets you every time.
Fixed my current Priest deck into something like this, except a mech-ish version. Cards synergized perfectly with eathother! Thanks for inspiration!
I'm really liking this deck so far. Seems consistently in the game
5:18 - pain the enemy golem, finish it with cabal, kill egg with golem and then the spider with sylvanas - guaranteed free doomguard with the same mana spent.
That was one polite warlock, saying sorry so much :D
Like a royal court-jester :D
i LOVE how you considered circle of healing after your auchenai got silenced. XD
Classic of it's time.

actually got vol'jin in a pack, so stupidly happy right now. I love priest at the moment
i got him twice might as well kill myself
Trump you going to try out HEX Shards of fate? Might be worth a try. It's like magic the gathering. But you probably already knew that. It's cool :)
5:55 Zoo doesn't deserve a well played, EVER
Wow you're such a jerk. They are playing a deck that interests them why can't you just deal with it.
can Dr boom his mines really explode? i never saw it happen, and if so do they damage the minions next to them?
They explode when they die, duh.
Whoa where did the thumbnail come from?
4:50 he shoulda Pained the egg, trade out the scavenging golem and trade sylvanas with nerub for a 5/7 with charge...
I use spidertank instead of injured blademaster since I don't run circle.
oh. I forgot about that combo. I thought he was talking about Cabal.
I am Mal'Ganis! I am Eter-noooooooooooo!!
So against an 8 health minion Vol'jin is basically a 5 mana 6/8 with deal 6 damage. That's pretty good.
Dreamz, inc. Well they could silence the swapped minion to get it back, right?
They could :)
something tells me then the minion would stay a damaged 8/2 but not sure
MoDRun IDK how the game is actually coded to handle this, but if a mininion has it's max health reduced while it is at max health remains undamaged, and is then silenced, it is restored to it's printed max health, I've seen it happen before. again IDK why, and I don't know how it works in other scenarios before you ask.

i play almost similar deck but instead of the shrink meister i have a kezan mystic, wich have slowed down palys, mages and hunters :)
Wait, did he say priest, rogue and shamon are the three worse classes now?... Damn, those are the only classes I play...
Valuemon?
Is that a new type of pokemon?
Is that Trump in pokemon form?
***** Your name is Da Shadow guy and your channel description says"Hello my fellow Snarbies".... just saying

Trump I think I just played you (my name mighty miller) and you used Kezan Mystic to win. Why are you the first person I've met on ladder running that card?

12 hp at turn 4... because fair.
Why do i saw and heard shits in this video... i guess it's because you're a genius !
I want my free rubber Neptulon now! :D
Oh well, that top deck in the start with circle were pretty anoying.
Trump main weakness = traps. He's so afraid of activating the trap causing him losing the game.

Put novas in this deck, really.
The worst card that could ever be played against Trump is Nozdormu. There is no way Trump could finish any turn in less than 15 seconds.
This game would be so much more enjoyable if there wasn't so many people playing aggro and rush heavy decks.
He played bad as fuuuck. Jesus
I was wondering why I kept seeing Harrison Jones in priest decks all of a sudden. I laughed because it was terribly bad and unexpected.

Dude I'm so friggin tired of all the brainless agro decks. It's like every single game... welp, I hope I get a circle or else I just lose I guess.
Is it just me or way Trump way too greedy in the first game? IMO he should have played Belcher much earlier.

Not to have fun.
people play these decks because theyre cheap
your whole comment is irrelevant now..
Can't speak for the 10+ ranks, though at this time, I've not ventured there this season as yet.
you play too slow...every time think too much cause your lose.
