*********************************** We hear the word stretching, stretching should be stretched, So what actually happens is the left side is shortened, the length of the arm, the length of the leg and more... as a result of this the body has a tendency to close to the inner side, the left hand wants to turn to the right... the new proposal is to stretch the arm, leg, with dumbbells. And in addition, make rotations to the opposite side, that is, to the outside of the body. Thank you, Creator of the world, thank God. This will be a global revolution in treatment!
Hello, as always we would love for you to consult with your therapist since we are not able to see you and we are not physicians. But generally speaking, progress comes with LOTS of repetition as you are trying to retrain your brain. If you have pain or get tired, listen to your body.
Hi, i envy Stacy, she really looks strong and fully recovered in such a small amount of time...can Stacy share some of her home exercise that made her recover her arm and hand movements? I had a stroke almost 6 months ago now, I have a strength on my shoulder and upper arm but my forearm and hand are still weak...no movements on my fingers yet. I cry everyday, i sooo missed my right hand and arm. With this quarantine, I haven’t had therapy for nearly 7 weeks, i just rely on UA-cam random exercises. I also had weakness on my right. Any suggestions? Please advise. Thank you and God bless.
**************************** According to my understanding, fingers don't work, it's not your fault, and there's nothing to play with. The source of the dysfunction is the neck, which is not released, the shortening of the hand, and the back!! thank you god
It's help full for finger opening ma
