Great info Craig! I currently have 25 late packages & 20 returns since November. I put my eBay store on vacation on the 18th until after the new year. I simply can't afford this & it's unprecedented to say the least. So taking it easy & doing a ton of drafts. Have a Happy New Year if I don't see ya in the chats!

Great information, thanks! New subscriber. My local post office WILL NOT scan your prepaid packages even if you wait in line. They make you drop off in a bin. I have been driving out of my way to go to a post office that will scan.

I didn't now you could do this so thank you. I have been having my postman pick up my packages now I have lots of them that didn't even get the first scan saying I shipped them. When I put in for a missing package due to no first scan the uSPS is telling me I haven't sent the package. When the package is sitting in a trailer at Evansville Indiana. They were already backed up two weeks and now there is another round of covid going through the city. Thinking about just shutting down. Ebay is going to be hurt so bad by all of this. Also, USPS switching over to another carrier.

If my package was delivered, but EBAY said that it was my fault because USPS was slow can the defect be removed? I also am now out of the money and the product too

You can go to usps website and file a missing package claim. Was it a priority mail shipment or first class?
