Limp lettuce with greenfly comes to mind absolutely incredible that she has managed to bank millions in her working life talk about the revolving door these people move from one highly paid job to the next how does this happen time and time again
Welcome to Systems Psychology, some Systems malfunction yet no one person is specifically to blame, or even aware of the extent of the failures. We see this often. In this case the question is who should have acted on the knowledge, if anybody, if they had it, hundreds of people were being prosecuted knowing it would be very unlikely so many postmasters were criminals!!!
