      Mam K inside the cell increases when K channel is blocked it causes more electropositivity inside the cell so cell becomes less electronegative and threshold potential is achieved so voltage gated calcium channel opens and lot of ca come inside the cell which causes insulin vesicle to fuse with membrane and insulin is released.

    Ma'am for conversion of glucose to glucose 6 phosphate: ATP is required,not atp is form during that process

    Mam in glucose dependent insulin release by beta cell, potassium leaves the cell via K-atp channel and not enter in normal condition and when blood glucose is more than 75 ,with entry of glucose inside beta cell vis GLUT-2 receptor ,this K-atp channel is blocked by ATP which will lead to depolarization of the cell and further lead to insulin release. kindly correct this .

    Ma'am ek chotu sa doubt tha ki k+ channel hamne ajtak dekha hai tu repolarization karta hai to ye k+ channel cell ke andar kaise leke arra hai potassium ma'am please ye doubt clear kardijiye 🥺🥺🥺

      Yes it's a mistake . potassium channels block hone k bad depolrization hote h inside the cell.

      Yes...she made a mistake... ATP blocks K channel and inhibit K efflux and actually cause Intracellular accumulation of K and that is Depolarizations... Mam makes some mistakes in her lectures...if you can identify them... that's mean you actually understood the concept 😂 otherwise lectures are helpful😊

    intracellular concentration of K+ will increase in beta cell rt mam ? then depolarisation will occur in general k+ moves from icf to ecf concn gradient but atp will block this

    Isn't it that the potassium channel cause the efflux of pattasium which cause hyperpolarization of membrane and calcium channels cause depolarization by entering in cells?

    Ma'am.. We know that intracellular potassium is more than extracellular and potassium usually go outside from inside. Then ma'am why in this case generally potassium goes inside from outside???? 🙏🙏🙏 ma'am
