Mam K inside the cell increases when K channel is blocked it causes more electropositivity inside the cell so cell becomes less electronegative and threshold potential is achieved so voltage gated calcium channel opens and lot of ca come inside the cell which causes insulin vesicle to fuse with membrane and insulin is released.
Ma'am you are just amazing and superb. I'm starting to love pharmacology because of you. I've never seen anyone teach pharmacology in such a easier way than this. Thank you so much for helping us ma'am 🙏🙏
i love pharmacology and that is only for you ma'am..i searched your video every topic and after doing your class it becomes super easy..i will be always grateful to you..❤❤❤i have a request maam..can you take other classes too of endocrine pharmacology?plz
I am dr 69yrs my self '78 mbbs has attended and chaired numerous lectures seminars your physiology lecture is the Best surpassing few world class I simply did not like u touched yr lt eye with finger😊 so 99/100
Mam in glucose dependent insulin release by beta cell, potassium leaves the cell via K-atp channel and not enter in normal condition and when blood glucose is more than 75 ,with entry of glucose inside beta cell vis GLUT-2 receptor ,this K-atp channel is blocked by ATP which will lead to depolarization of the cell and further lead to insulin release. kindly correct this .
Ma'am ek chotu sa doubt tha ki k+ channel hamne ajtak dekha hai tu repolarization karta hai to ye k+ channel cell ke andar kaise leke arra hai potassium ma'am please ye doubt clear kardijiye 🥺🥺🥺
Yes...she made a mistake... ATP blocks K channel and inhibit K efflux and actually cause Intracellular accumulation of K and that is Depolarizations... Mam makes some mistakes in her lectures...if you can identify them... that's mean you actually understood the concept 😂 otherwise lectures are helpful😊
intracellular concentration of K+ will increase in beta cell rt mam ? then depolarisation will occur in general k+ moves from icf to ecf concn gradient but atp will block this
Isn't it that the potassium channel cause the efflux of pattasium which cause hyperpolarization of membrane and calcium channels cause depolarization by entering in cells?
Ma'am.. We know that intracellular potassium is more than extracellular and potassium usually go outside from inside. Then ma'am why in this case generally potassium goes inside from outside???? 🙏🙏🙏 ma'am
Maam please guide me how to memories the adverse effect of drugs its far difficult than classification Only nausea, vomiting, diarrhea come in mind every time

Hey did you found out the other videos of endocrine series
Huge respect for you ma'am
Ma'am for conversion of glucose to glucose 6 phosphate: ATP is required, not atp is form during that process
Thanku so much mam, you explain in English as well as in Hindi, it's very helpful 🙂🙂🙂🙂, mind blowing explanation,🙂❣️
MashaAllah maam. Super easy explanation 💖💖💖💖May Allah bless you💖
Hello ma'am! I had a doubt, if intracellular concentration of potassium falls then how come the cell gets depolarized?
Potassium level rises intracellularly , outward flow of ion restricted
Written in KDT
Good question
Lovely man lovely i was searching for this comment thank you u r a white rose in all red roses

Yes it's a mistake . potassium channels block hone k bad depolrization hote h inside the cell.

Correct

Ha. Ye mistake ho gyi h maam se .. k channel close ho jata. H pot bd jata h tabhi depolarisation hota h

So maam why do diabetes mellitus type 2 patients get insulin injectable
Glucose to glucose 6-ph banne m to Atp Ka Utilisation hota hai🥺how will produce Atp? Then
If dog pancreas removed then insulin sensitizer also will not work because its sensitizes cell to low amount of insulin
