I need to get back into baking our sandwich bread. I want to start making sour dough bread. I am care giver for my parents Friday - Sunday. My mom is bedridden now and my day is almost 81 so he has gotten feeble. I homeschool too so hopefully this summer once we are done with school I can have more time start back baking my sandwich bread and begin making sour dough.

Lauren, I purchased a bread maker during the pandemic and I love it... It was no more than $50 or $60 and it's so easy to use.
Maybe get a bread maker to save you some time since you make sourdough often... I've also seen people use the bread maker to prepare their dough and then they transfer to loaf pans to bake in the oven.

I did publix and it was horrible prices. I couldn't bring my self to buy a bag of fries, (I just used real potatoes, and did them in the air fryer) also do you not think that the ice pops have lost about 2-3 inches?
I worked at Publix for 22 years. Totally agree with you. Usually shop at Aldi and Walmart and just get something at Publix when the sale or BOGO beats their prices.🐱
