Your cream cheese looks delicious! I've made my own veggie cream cheese, but different. Green onion, bell peppers, shredded carrots, frozen spinach- thawed and squeezed dry. I have thought about adding in some artichoke and olives, but i wouldnt have thought about cucumbers. Don't they release water?
