Citreon Synergie / Evasion / Peugeot 806 / Uylsse - Heating & A.C. Info

Here is some information on how the climate control panels on the Citroen Synergie / Evasion / Peugeot 806 / Fiat Uylsse.
Very little information is available, so here is my knowledge of the system :)

i retrofitted Air conditioning to my 2005 Dispatch and was looking for one of these controllers but they are quite rare! i ended up going for the one that has the "air recirculate" slider being replaced with the 2 button "Recirculate and A/C" buttons. it was great! and now 3 years on its still working perfect! its all documented on the Dispatch Expert Scudo Forum and i made videos on my channel too!
now i am looking at retrofitting Cruise control using a 206 steering wheel radio stalk as its the same stalk (just with 2 wires where the cruise control stalk uses 5) can soon fix that as they are both 4 button stalks. again, i am adding this to the forum and will make a video on it :D

the manual one you find more on the vans up to 2006. and is ythe most common one used on vans between 1998 and 2006

Wonder if you have the schematic or wiring pinouts for the two connectors on the Climate control panel on the 806 as the motors have stopped working?

Any ideas folks, I've got the digital unit in mine and during winter and whilst cruising along the motorway, the temperature gradually and continuously varies between warm and cool without adjusting anything.

How do you replace the backlight which tells the temperature settings (digital display)

Hi James, there's a tiny lamp on the back of the panel once removed - Easy and cheap enough to do :)

@@JamesNoteology Yes, very. You have to remove the gear stick gator surround to reveal the screws, as well as the cigarette lighter and ash tray, then the top of the panel is simply held in with clips.
