Mother’s recipes are always the best. They serve with so much love that you don’t get the exact taste and flavour at any restaurants.
Kids had vacation and we went for a week stay over at my in-law’s. On one of the days, I prepared my mother-n-law’s Kerala Chicken stew which is quite a famous dish in Kerala and authentically served with Appam. Since we prepared it for lunch, the best combination is Ghee Rice. I guess you can even have it with white rice.
And what next. It turned out to be delicious. Please don’t forget to try it. Am sure you and your family would love this.

Onion - 3 small sliced
Green chillies crushed - 1 tbsp
Ginger crushed - 1 tbsp

2nd coconut milk - 2 cups
1st coconut milk - 1 cup thick and creamy

When ever I m in depression I view Ur chanel .it's like boosting drug. After dat I continue my daily chores. Day by day I'm getting better . But tell me one thing don't u think if v do lot of work and other house chores people take advantage of it.Any solution for this.
😀😀😀 i dont know how to answer this. 😀 but why do we have to think that way . we need to have that self respect and i dont allow people to take advantage of me at any cost. ☺️☺️☺️♥️ ignore the negativity in your life and stay positive.
I understand your point but I think she comes from a really nice household (mashallah) all women work equally with each and help out. Even her husband would help her sometimes. Yes, if you do everything for lazy and ungrateful people then you will be taken advantage of. For example a house has one healthy mother in laws and three healthy 18 plus daughters and all they do is sit, eat, sleep and go out all day where as you serve them three times a week and clean for them, that’s being taken advantage of. That’s not your duty. Your duty is your husband and your kids. Just remember that. Also, serve your elders but not to the point they squeeze you out of each drop. You see her MIL taught her how to cook and she lived with them without her husband for a few years so they have a good relationship and she is helping her also (MA) so take care of yourself and set boundaries or else you will drive yourself mad. Also, don’t think of normal work as burden or it will drive you insane. It’s just daily work.
