Thanks for the Gaydon trip Mart. The D type is without a doubt my all time favourite Le Mans car, especially the long nose version. Must have the fin though. Now to read up on this one. Catch you on the next one.
Star car for me was pea green Ha Viva ,my first car bought by myself for £40 .Prepared it for respray in BL Teal Blue ...loads of isopon pop rivets etc Paint shop at garage i worked in resprayed an oven baked it for price of paint..Happy Days..The Jag sounded brilliant great outside Broadcast Mart 👍Enjoyed the video 👍
We displayed our classic Ford Transit camper last month there, added bonus was free entry to the museum great displays of vehicles and some horrible BL prototype's and some great prototype's which would work today with their designs.
