What effect should I tutorialize in premiere pro next?
Idk Man just keep teaching what you Teach THUMPS UP!
@@yasheditss4567 Thanks Yash, means a lot, I try and teach about all the creative challenges that I normally face while editing and shooting. Glad that some of them aline with what you need as well.
@@JavierMercedes Yeah Man Keep Going ❤️
Infact your all Videos have helped me a LOT that's why you are One of my Favourites🤘
fake stop motion!
cool tutorial, NOW how do I do an auto tack motion for graphics ? :P
Here’s one tip to make this way easier. You can actually double click the display in the program monitor and drag it- it will change the x and y so you don’t have to drag those numbers back and forth. As long as the correct clip is selected in the timeline, it will work! Happy editing.
Thanks bro, that makes it a little bit easier to do 👍
OMG. You have NO idea how this just saved me on a job where this dude kept weaving in and out of the shot on the one cutaway camera we had (and needed). THANK YOU!!! Super-easy to understand and SUPER effective!!
Quick and to the point! How every tutorial should be. Great job man!
Your stuff is majestic, short, to the point and perfectly executed. I hope millions learn through your example how content should be produced. Congratulations.
Thank you so much! Appreciate the comment
I need a tutorial on how I can bounce a soccer ball like that.
Hahaha, I’ll ask her :)
first step: instead of soccer say "football"
I think I can help you with that 🙋♂️
I got this ..✋🏼🤓
@@Uzzyxd first step: realize some people are american
Omg, where have you been, Javier?!?! I’ve been searching for editing videos that make it easy for over a year now. You’re definitely making the most approachable videos for this kind of stuff.
Thanks for the continued viewership Jesse!
You literally made my life a lot easier hahaha! Thank u so much, I've been looking for a tutorial like this for months and nothing had helped me. I finally found THE one. Please, keep making these!
I am back, just to say... this is absolutely genius. Works beautifully. Saves me lot of time I was (until I found your video) spending editing my videos. Thanks again 💖
Gonna use this effect to center in on ink as it moves from the bucket onto a scooper onto a t-shirt printing screen. Thanks, you rock!
Hey Javier, this is great, thanks! I'm using this tool to track a warbird performing a fly-by at an airshow. Really fun and cool!
Nicely paced video with some good tips I haven't seen elsewhere.
Thanks! I have been spending too much time (and so many other UA-cam videos) trying to do this and this video made it so easy! You have many great videos, I've appreciated them all - Thank you!
Thank you for the Super Wheaton!
Thanks for not overexplaining yet keeping it simple and thorough enough for beginners!
Thanks man! Hope it adds something to your next project
Thank you very much for all the tutorials you explain everything so clear and at a good pace.
Amazing mate, I've been learning so much from you and even when I already know pretty much how to create a certain effect, I watch your videos 'til the end because I know that you'll show a cool shortcut or a trick that will enhance my knowledge about Premiere Pro. You are one of my favourite teacher on YT, thanks for being so informative every time!
Thank you for the kind words Claudio!
@@JavierMercedes you're very welcome Javier and wish you all the best whilst I'll keep watching your vids and learn from them.
Holy moly, you're too good. Looking forward to Collaborate Javier 👍
Nice! This is such a cool effect - thanks for the simple breakdown
Amazing! Subscribed. This explains the exact technique simply and clearly. Thank you! I’m going to use it for my music production tutorials!
After Effects enters chat lmao *Does it all in one click*
SKILLZPLUR true, but this is doing that effect in just premiere, but I agree that tracking in AE is much faster.
@@JavierMercedes how do you auto track an object?
ikr, idk whats the problem with premiere
you have atutorial to this in AE
@@kamilkp thanks
This was really useful to scale, center and rotate some drone footage. Thanks!
Just a quick comment to say thank you. Was looking for a good tutorial on how to track a zoom I wanted to do on my vid and this worked. Thanks!
Thank you SO Much!!! Super well explained. Amazing tutorial 🤩
Love the content Javier
loving these! Great information!
there must be an automatic method to do this based on telling it to follow the balls unique pattern. What is that command?
So easy to follow, thank you so much. Total video editing newb but want to edit my gopro video from snorkeling where I saw an octopus, want the octo stay centered since my person was kind of bobbing around in the current and waves.
i have a 1 second clip where in a video game, an enemy in cover throws his pistol out into the player's feild of view, and when it hits the ground it just pathetically does nothing, no bounce no nothing, so i am going to zoom in really close and keep it centered as it goes to hit the ground. thanks so much for the help!
Wow thanks do much, I was looking how to do this for the longest time.
waiiiit... how do you get the cursor on PP to click incrementally like that????
This was an awesome tutorial - thank you so much. I can't wait to use this!
Thanks! I'm looking for a way to do a similar thing. The camera man is doing a little panorama shoot, and I want to zoom in and keep the center at it's place. Is there a better way than this work?
It's a very "slow" clip, nothing happening in it really, but I want it to look like the camera is fixed.
Any ideas?
That was such a cool difference. Thanks for making this tutorial.
I'm gonna make a B-roll video for my class and I've been wondering how to do this forever, way easier than I thought haha, thanks so much though! :3
Yep. This saved my butt on a project. Liked, subbed, bell. Thanks, Dr. Mercedes!
any tutorial on, how to do that with motionblur around the focused object?
MY DUDE!!! used this today, hope you're well.
Heeyyyy thanks you guys! Hope you all are great too!
Thanks for the help! Very useful and informative AND easy to follow! Not like some tutorials that are a bit like "So let me just...showyouhowtoeditthisandthisishowyoudoitsaveanddone. Thanks!"
Dude you’re a life-saver. Such a helpful video!
Javier tha KING✊🏻
Thank you for your tutorial man.
Very cool. I don't have a purpose for this at the moment but still I'm learning all kinds of different techniques for the future.
Can I use this on footage that has warp stabilizer applied? Its a hand held shot of a wine bottle. Warp Stabilizer is usually enough. However the camera tilted a little left or right in one spot. So its now a smooth tilt, but I want to eliminate the tilt altogether.
Thank you so much for this video!
hello, how do i make it so that it rezooms back out at the start of the clip and at the end where there are no keyframes. I'm strugglingg
This was very helpful, thank you very much for your tutorial.
Extremely helpful! Subbed!
Thank you so much. That little trick did wonders for me!
Thanks so much for this! I'm now starting editing with Premiere and this video was very useful.
How do you process or render this once you're done keyframing?
Well im using it to track oncoming motorcycles on the trail. As they come at me I like to zoom in and do a quick pause up close. Some like it when they show up on someone else video on well known adventure routes. Thanks.
worked really well thanks
Thank you so much for the help! I was over complicating this...
Great video, thank you!
I wonder if you could just automate this by doing some image search for the ball pattern for example. or you take two points in the image with which you determine zoom and rotation.
Hey Javier, After Effects has a much better tracker but when I bring it back to Premiere Pro the resolution is all messed up. Could you please share how to keep it nice and focused importing from After Effect or is it After Effects where I'm not doing things right?
Thanks so much for this!!
Great effect. Just a task to actually keyframe hahah. Im going to use this method for a commissioned project soon.
Thanks for posting.
Awesome video dude super helpful! Thanks!
This video was a big help thx!!
Thanks bro!!! btw, what background music did you used for the first clip?
i didn't see tools show rulers and show guides in premier pro 2017, can you help me please ?
THIS WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
I watched a video where they do this much easier with After Effect, but I don't really want to pay extra for it. I did it the same way you did except instead of using the rulers I made a simple title layer with a X and I put the X exactly in the middle. Then I keyed the frames the way you did, and delete the title later. Unfortunately this is a pretty tedious task.
I am creating higlights from a soccer game on TikTok and this really helped me get the ball in the center of the video! But, when I do all this the quality of the video decreases, how can I fix that?
Hey Javier, what is the audio you used in the background for that video?
thank you for this, bro this tutorial helps if you have a lot of motion blur. You gotta adjust all your settings on your camera to eliminate motion blur in order to use it on After Effects or it won't work as well. Thank you!
That was so well done. Thank you
Super cool thank you so much sir!
Learned so much from you so thank you!
I know its been 3 yrs but are their any AI or plug in extentions that can follow the ball? I see you've done a video where you mask selected mask forward to create a text box that follows which is cool but wondering if PPro has any AI or extensions for this soccerball trick Thanks again
Thanks for the tip. learned a lot from this video. I'm new to editing videos. I look forward to more of your videos.
Nice work bro! Cheers from Philippines 🇵🇭
is there a technique like this to centre an object in stop motion videos???
I’m using this for when I do a flashy move in a basketball video or any gaming video that requires this method. Thank you.
can you do this on phone? like what app do u need if u'd edit it on phone?
possible to do this with Premiere rush?
Thankyou awesome tutorial. I wonder if this could work on a fake hyperlapse.
Wow. I thought this might be an after effects tutorial but turns out it was premier pro tutorial. Nice 😉😉😉
Dude!!! Great video - you saved my drone f ups :) -
you dont need to use safe area to getting exact center just do a simple divide , like if your scene is 1920*1080 do this for vertical : 1920/2 =960 so frome the view menu (from add guid) make a specific vertical guid in pixle by this value and it will be exactly your center and then for horizontal do the same - 1080/2 =540 but this time from menue change the vertical to horizontal . that's it
Another great tutorial👍.
Great video very Understandable 👍👍👍!!
what effect was used in this?
Why my footages look jittery in timeline? even after I export, the video is still a little bit jittery/juddery.
You saved me thanks man! 💖
Very nice tip!
Does this work for devinchi resolve?
Your video is great but I think that what i've done so far will affect the object center effect. Hi Javier, I'm going to be using this effect with a moving and clapping baby. I also want to change the color of the back of my moving and clapping baby but I don't want to change the color of the baby, I want to keep the baby's color original. Is the object center effect work for a moving baby which I want to move with the motion at an original maintain color? Not sure if I'm saying the above description.
Very fun man, I don't see this type of effect before.
your teaching skills are best
YOU is A GENIUS!!!!
I know this is a bit older vid, but I'm about to use this technique on ramen noodles lol. Noodles are stationary, but I'm going to try and make it work. Thanks for the great tutorial as always.
We are going to use this tip for keeping side by sides in the center of our offroading videos
awesome 🔥🔥🔥
thank you so much dude! you really help me a lot
Great tutorial, I need to try this. Thank you for sharing.
Hope it gets some cool results for you
Exactly what i wanted!! God Bless YOu
very helpful. Thanks
Thank you, this helped a lot!
