I did the copy/paste exactly the way it was done in this video (with the vrooom), and it did NOT work. The transform object itself copied, but the motion keyframes did not copy :( Maybe Premiere CC 2022 has a new bug?

When you replace a video clip with an After Effects composition, you will see in Premiere Pro that the AE composition clip is trimmed at the end and is shorter than the original clip you copied. Why does Premiere Pro trim the AE composition and what to do to prevent that trimming when using the "Replace clip w/ After Effects composition" feature in Premiere Pro?
premier should include this plugin by defualt. I feel like I'm wearing my pants on my head when I can see that premier has the ability to track content but I'm not able to use that in any useful way. Thanks for the tutorial.
