What I cant ever forget is how Asmon consolidated his UA-cam clip channels. Before they were all separated and getting hit by UA-cam constantly. He brought them all together and made one channel with multiple editors that used to run those individual channels. His reasoning was that they should be able to earn something for their hard work editing videos out of his streams. A true legend indeed.

Certainly love Asmon's take on cars, which does translates into a lot of things: If you get something expensive, you have to spend a lot of mental (and sometimes emotional) energy to worry and take care of it; which is especially stupid if it doesn't really give you any kind of gratification for having it in the first place. It's like wow, you have an expensive car; how many people actually care? You gonna be able to put the pedal to the metal when you're using it? Or is some junk heap going the speed limit just like you are?

I agree to a certain extend. Sometimes spending a little more could give you better quality, which means it breaking less (if you use it normally ofc) and ending up with less trouble. I'd rather spent 1000 euro more for a car that is in a good condition and works well for the years to come rather than save those 1000 euro's and end up at the garage every other week.
I'm not saying you need a 150K car. Just that going for the cheap options doesn't always work out in the long run either.

I watched him reacting some videos, then started watching his stuff and realized he's super funny and and is legit in the stuff that he complains about.

Asmons real nature and not caring what people think is what makes me think this man is human in a sea of NPC and it drew me to him on that alone. His opinions are the best part.

Eh, ableism is a pretty strong way of putting it but I think it's at least logically consistent. Reverse racism on the other hand is essentially a weirdly stubborn refusal to accept colloquial terminology. Staunch digging of heels into "but racism only refers to a specific kind of structural racism" which people have adopted in an ad-hoc way because it's technically correct from one specific angle, ignoring how the term is actually used and perceived.

He is the most authentic streamer, he hasn't made some fancy studio or moved to a huge house. He won't sell out and stream this many hours cuz of incentives. He just does him.

In regards to the chewing tobacco: I, like I think most chewing tobacco users started chewing because I was a smoker and found myself in a work environment (deployed overseas) where I craved tobacco but couldn't get up and go outside to smoke so I started using dip to get my fix.

I grew up driving a 95 f150. And the best thing about it was fixing it was a breeze. I could literally go down to the junkyard and get a rear axel if I needed to for $50-$75 and easily swap it on. My wife has a 2014 Audi and she knows I can work on cars to an extent but when she got it I told her “I won’t be able to work on that thing so be prepared to spend at the dealership if something breaks”. There is truly something simplistic about owning an old car.
I literally cancelled buying a nice house because it was going to steal 30 years of my life and all my mental health came back to me when i realized how free I am without those shit credits that make you pay millions in interest, so that take on cars translates to a lot of life situations, I hated feeling that I was selling my soul to get something nice. Freedom and peace man... nothing more delightful than that.

Like the story, a real story that weaves through the whole world and all the content. WoW players don't always pay attention because we are used to a story ending at the zone border basicly.

Do whatever you want to that makes you want to log on and have fun. It’s easy to sense when streamers are having fun and when they’re working. When you have fun, people get what they are looking for when they watch streams. Something with good vibes to take their minds off of the real world. Let their stress subside and have a “friend” of sorts to hang out with and interact with. Especially those with social anxiety who find it hard to get out and socialize in public.

I absolutely don't mind if you take breaks/holidays once in a while. I think you deserve taking time off every month, or couple of months, for at least a week.
Please don't get yourself in a burnout phase. Get rest like you did just now and come back if/when you feel like it. The most importang thing is that you remain sane and in a good place bud.
