Well, when everything is built to Canadian Charter Specs the regulations will effectively skyrocket the cost by 1200%. A $3000 bulkhead door now cost $40,000, etc., etc.....

Why is it called a restoration if the whole ship is being built from scratch ?
Because it's not a new ship. It's a previously existing one. If it had never been built before then it would be considered a "new" ship.

I will love to work with these guys as a shipwright we do not build wooden boats any more. but I love doing it if you need me just say when I'm ready.
