Obviously you can buy these SUPER cheap, but making it yourself means: you's an extra hardcore fan, it will be lightweight to wear, you can have any symbol you want, and it will fit your head better if you have a tiny-ass head like me LOL

*FLEX TAPE HEADBAND*
if you are iffy about using the aluminum from the can, you can use cardboard cut to shape and then covered in aluminum tape.
Magna Ryuu that's cool too, I've never used aluminum tape before!
Yeah it's cool stuff. Can be tricky to get it smooth but once you have had practice you can get some awesome results.

I like this idea because you can also chose the length you want the headband where it hangs down your back because they always make them super short when you try to but them online. So thanks for this tutorial!

If you're worried about the t-shirt material rolling, you could always cut the fabric twice the height and fold it over. It would make the headband thicker and I think it'd mean it would roll less?

Looks potentially rather painful, having those brads up against your forehead and moving, I have to say?
MoonEyes2k i put foam on it.
I thought it would be too and was planning to glue another piece of fabric to the back, but since the back of the brads are flat I actually didn't feel it so I didn't bother!
It's not... For me at least...
I cut the bottom of them off and glued it on
i got foam and added it to mine (it also helped fore grip)
I have a home-made one and put it on outside for fun. Me and my Friend we're playing T or D and i chose D, he told me i need to naruto-run through the streets. XD (True story bro)

You could probably glue a couple pieces of aluminum on top of each other to make it a little sturdier so it wont get bumpy and wavy but still keep most of the curvability so it'll still curve to your forehead. maybe even be able to indent the village symbol and fill it in with sharpie to make it look kind of engraved

This is actually a really good idea, you can make every headband in naruto. But I did get my headband for 7$ online it bends to the shape of my forehead

You can also use some type of glue to put the plate on the headband, make sure to use some thick shirt like i did so it wont hurt at all.
