Just my luck! Same exact model as mine! Had some floaters in the water this morning and was thinking about it all day. I just poured some water and vinegar and tried flushing it but still had floaters. Good thing I found this video because I didn’t know I can take the white insert out. Helped a million! Thank you!

Put down a milk crate. Put a piece of wood like plywood on top, put the unit on top. Makes for less back.breaking dispensing)) God Bless. Got one of those as a birthday gift 10 years ago. One of the best gifts ever! Also dont forget to fully empty the reservoir. The tap is on the back. Pop the cork and drain that baby!
Thanks for the video. I had a woodsy taste and smell to my water. I first used the primo instructions on their website(which also had a video), however this video helped me pull more of the dispenser apart, to which I found more of the woodsy smell. Did some more flushing and hard cleaning of the "guts" and hopefully solved my issue.
We just started getting debri in ours. I was afraid I would have to dismantle the whole thing to get to the hoses. Glad I found this video first. Thankyou for posting this video, probably just saved me from a headache.

I found on the primo website they said to put 2 cups of vinegar in 2 gallons warm water or 2 tbsp bleach in 2 gallons warm water and let it sit 10 min before flushing it through then rinsing. BUT, I couldn’t find a video how to take this specific dispenser apart. Thank you!!!

@@PaffordHomestead I wound up running about a half gallon of water/vinegar through the reservoir for the heck of it. I know Primo says to fill an empty 5 gallon bottle with 2 gallons of water with bleach or vinegar but didn't think that was necessary. I washed the two removable parts by hand. Thanks!
I cleaned it the same and it came out dirty the same but only on the hot water side I suppose also because that is little used but thank you very much for your video
So much I felt like my water was like tasting weird and then watching your video I saw that I had like mold down in there Thank you so much this helped a lot
You forgot to take the blue plug from the back of the machine to drain the hot water tap. BE CAREFUL and have a pot ready to catch the hot water when you remove the plug!!!! This is where I noticed a lot of debris/trash as well. Hope that helps
Yes.. this model has a red plug! and has to be unscrewed.. before unplugging, have a bucket or pot ready. Excellent video, & helpful tip from @tsw6455 & @FloMo14 ❤
The nozzles I think you could just clean them with a brush to get any yucky gunk out. It seems to gather around the inside of the spout, so it’s not to hard to clean.

I use vinegar straight run it through then add water and clean it like a coffee machine

If you want just run some water through it could have dust or other thing in it from sitting in the store...

I use a toothbrush to clean the nozzles. It really gets in those nooks and hard to reach places.

You gotta drain it from the back as well but make sure not to loose the plug lol I just lost it and gotta wait for the part.
