Derik, I was 27, my husband was 28 when we found out we were pregnant. We had been married three months. I freaked out, cried, said, “I’m not ready for this!!!” I was afraid to tell my parents 😳😳😳🤣🤣🤣My older sister said, “Why the hell are you afraid to tell Mom and Dad, you’re married!!!😂🤔 You both are such an inspiration, your love, respect, concern for each other, the way you look at each other and support each other just fills my soul and you are not even my kids! So proud of the fact your families raised two exceptional people and you are doing the same nurturing Jack with all the love in the world. You both are the inspiration we all need♥️🙏🏼🕊
I got pregnant 3 months before i got married!!! I was 11 weeks pregnant the day i got married and now I'm 32 weeks! It's a boy 💙

I was so you in my first pregnancy!! I was married and STILL so scared to tell my parents!
@@mskinghausland I was so scared to tell my parents I was expecting baby #2! Son #1 arrived for our second wedding anniversary. A very very tough long effort at home birth ended up with an emergency cesarean and nine days in the hospital with a wound infection. Six weeks later I began to go blind in my right eye which turned out to be Multiple Sclerosis... During the adjustment and healing I was enjoying my first born so much & ultimately began exercises to regain abdominal strength. My belly would harden up during the sit ups (I get Braxton Hicks REALLY EARLY). I finally got my husband to pay attention and he rolled his hand over my tummy up to my belly button. He said “That’s a BABY!” Yup! It’s a good thing I was halfway through the second pregnancy because I didn’t have many months to worry before he was born 13 months after his brother.
However, my mother saw me struggling to heal after my firstborn. I’m only 16 months younger than my older sister so she had warned me “DON’T get pregnant right away! Whatever you do, DON’T get pregnant right away!”
Mom found out about the second pregnancy by accident because she called one night when we had our first baby sitter. She was told we might be having a miscarriage and were at the hospital. All turned out well and she brought flowers the next day but I don’t think she ever believed we tried hard enough to space our babies. (3 in 3 years...)

I have been on a Beeston binge lately I think it's because you guys are just a wholesome beautiful family and just genuine people. Also you are right about it possibly taking a long time to get pregnant. My husband and I have been together 15 years and tried for 13 of those years. We gave up and I was learning to accept that I wasn't destined to be a mom, when we stopped trying.. well my baby boy just turned 2 months yesterday and my heart feels so complete now. I feel that God knew when we were ready to be parents and if that meant having my first at 39, then so be it, I feel blessed.

Let me start by saying I commend you both for not only being so very young, married at 19/20 not because you were pregnant and felt it was what you “should do” but because you’re in love with each other, that’s amazing and it’s apparent, to me, your marriage is going to last a lifetime, you’re soulmates and that’s such a beautiful thing. @@SarahAndDerik My son was Born in 2016. My Mom is my Only Parent left. Hubby only has his Mom too. Since 2016 was the year my Mom made 60 and she also Retired OFFICIALLY from the ARMY. For my Mom's birthday cake: we put HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️ Her Reaction was PRICELESS.
You guys def did the right thing to have kids young. I had my daughter when I was 36. First few years were ok. However, once she's a bit older, she needed me and my husband to run around and be active with her. That's when I found myself wishing I was younger. She attended elentary school when I was already in my 40s. Age really makes alot of differences. If I can turn back time, I'd have kids in my 20s.

I was 19 and my husband was 21 when we got pregnant...greatest joy in the world...19 yrs later we had his brother that he had been praying for; we did not know about the prayers untill I found out I was pregnant and our son was thanking The Lord and saying it took You long enough to answer my prayers😳...so thankful for his prayers...BLESSINGS❤🙏🕊

Ik this vid is old obviously, but this vid is your GOLD! I'm glad you filmed. Omg, it's precious! I loved it. I was with my ex hubby for 5 yrs before marriage, and we decided to have a baby about after 2 yrs. Well, lol, a couple days later we're both sitting there going, " But, ARE WE TRULY READY, WE'RE SO YOUNG, (BC WHEN I SAY 5 YRS I'M TALKING FROM FIRST DATING.... SO)". We were like, ahhh this sounds horrible to say, but maybe I'll get my menstrual bc I think we jumped the gun, and yeah! Baby was there, we were so happy though, omg! I literally went to work 8-4, went to eat at California Dreamining( IDK IF THEY HAVE THESE STEAKHOUSES WHERE YOU LIVE, LIKE A LONGHORN OR SMTHN BUT BETTER AND EXPENSIVE TOO, FOR ME ANYWAYS, I HAD TO HAVE IT!), went home, watched my shows and SLEPT! I LOVED TO SLEEP! SO, this vid was so touching, even though watching while Jack is a lil over a yr old, and yes Derik, you deserve a #1 dad medal! Lol! You too Sarah, much ♡!
