    Soo I was right to add cinamon every day to my breakfast porrige and eat 4 apples a day plus eating more earier on in the day and lighter in the evening. Also going to the gym 2-3 times a week for 45 min or so and daily walks with 4k-7k steps:) My ideal weight has been stable no matter what I eat now

      Always wise to keep an eye on your fasting insulin w/peptide every couple years though. Weight alone is NOT metabolic health. Far too many skinny prediabetics with fatty livers

    Just curious, taking ACV in the morning gives you energy. Taking ACV at night helps you sleep? How does that work? I take ACV in the evening because of blood sugar issues but I also do not sleep well. Could this be affecting that? If so what do you suggest?

    Dr's that are prescribing ozempic for weight loss should lose their license to practice medicine. I am definitely one of those people that hates to exercise but I do take my dogs for 30 min walks daily only because I love them more than I hate exercise 😂. Great video Doc thanks

    Losing weight without exercise is hard, but doable. You simply have to create a caloric deficit. Figure out how much you burn in your every day life. Than eat less than that

      Exercise is critical for more than weight loss. It’s necessary to maintain muscle and strengthen bones to name two.

    PSMF( protein sparing modified fast as thaught by Maria and Craig Emmerich) works is a real gamechanger..no hunger.. no weakness.. I split the proteins in at least 3 little meals as i learned from dr Karl Goldkamp..to make sure the body can use the protein.

    As long as we all understand that trying to lose weight without exercise strictly doesn't apply to the male species, men need to simultaneously build muscles whilst trying to lose weight.

      Women need to exercise, too. It’s critical for metabolic health.
