So interesting, 128 views, but less than 10 likes and comments? Really? Please lets help this good man. Honest, kind and well mannered, young man, which is very very rare these days in Ghana. We should help his numbers grow. Thanks, people.😊
UA-cam is also doing something to slow down the growth. I’ve seen videos where each time I like the video I notice that it’s the same number showing up for likes. For instance I hit the like button and the same number shows up all weekend long! How is that possible 😅
@@ABenjamiteSisI've seen that lately too. That's just so wrong. This UA-cam thing is not an easy feat, so if someone like Ekow, with a full time job, is also trying hard to bring all this priceless info to us, and is not seeing much encouragement,,,,uuuuuuu!
HELLO FROM WISCONSIN AVENUE DC. I'M JAMAICAN RAISED HERE IN DMV AREAS. I STARTED GOING TO GHANA 2016. I'VE BUILT 12 APARTMENTS UNITS FOR RENT IN ACCRA, WEIJA WEST HILLS MALL. I RECENTLY PAID 5 YEARS ADVANCE PROPERTY TAX, AND IT COST ME JUST 90 DOLLARS FOR 5 YEAR. I WILL ADVISE ALL BLACK PEOPLE SHOULD INVEST I. THE MOTHERLAND. GHANA IS EXAMPLE. EKOW, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING.
Cool there's so much land in Ghana If any of you wanna build there are many lands in Busua western region of Ghana if wanna build consider that place 👌👌👌
Yes. Well said. I keep trying to draw attention to Western region too. So much land to develop. I've mentioned it to Ekow to go visit Western when and if he can.
Camera is looking good Brother. Nice video too. I am happy I have bought land next village over at Agyendem. I will start building Next month. Keep up the good work.
Good job Ekow, Congrats to the brother that got to see his land being developed, praise to the most high🙌🏾. The drone video looks nice Ekow. Stay blessed brother🙏🏾
And most people who wanna wait don’t realize that those lands r being sold out. In 10 yrs, the land will be completely developed and the value of those homes will go up 100 folds. Even now it’s still cheap in dollar value.
I for one welcome our American colonizers. They are coming here to make us more like the USA. No more mud huts and wildlife. We want concrete and urban fashion!
I'm from Philly as well. My friend and I would like to meet up with our North Philly neighbor. We're looking to move to Ghana also. How can we be in touch?
I'm first today..one correction..... if you use solar panels, there is no electric bill. However, if you receive power from ECG there will be a bill. Sir Ekow, keep up the good work...we will meet one day...maybe tomorrow or Wednesday when I'm in town.
Using solar is your best option. But I suggest you get one that connects to the grid as well due to the amount of batteries you may need to keep power throughout the night. Of course that depends on how many AC units you may want to run simultaneously. I actually have a 10kva system.
Do not be fooled. Ghanaians who have farmed those lands are trying to sue in the courts because their lands are being given away for a $1000 fee. Building now might see it lost when it is finally decided with the courts.
This is beautiful and all, but how is taking personal land from the locals for foreigners a good idea? At least offer compensation, or BUY it from the locals, some of who have been farming these lands for decades. For shame!
