This is long over due. All those occupying plots in phase 1 without doing anything on it for the past 2 years should be reallocated to different people who are ready to develop it.....
....In so doing there'll be massive development in the phase 1
Guess what? I was in Asebu to buy a plot of land for my daughter a week ago, and there was none for me to buy, I am now looking at agyedam, who look more serious, than pav. I already build and stayed in my house in phase 2. But the dissatisfaction I felt and disappointment in not acquiring a plot for my daughter, when people not even nushing their land . Pav need serious decision makers.
@@corfob9238l bought my plots in Agyendam and am happy I did! and it’s not far from PAV 10 minutes.

That sounds great! Finish one phase before going to another, that makes a lot of sense. If in the future, the owners for the plots in phase one turn up, the office could work something out with them... The roads look nice..
Please…can you show more of the village of Asebu. I like the PanAfrican Village but the town is nice too. Please do interviews with the towns people to let us in the Diaspora know that the people understand why we are coming home. Keep up the good work brother!

I have been watching and following the progress there in Asebu. The experience is not for everyone. It's something that could start us out but Asebu is more of a blueprint of doing the same in any part of Ghana and other places in Africa.Dont limit yourselves to anyone place especially the one everyone is flocking actually go in opposite direction and man up!

please explain that they are not taking the land from the people, but that those people agreed to start building on the land within a 24 month period or they would forfeit the land and it would be reallocated. Plus, they also agreed to reside in Asebu at least two weeks in a two year period. Also, please let them know that the money that they are paying is not for buying the land but for transfer and registration fees. Otherwise, you are going to get people coming on here starting a bunch of wahala and speaking on things they know nothing about.
No one takes any land from anybody, the lease contract is 99 years, and it' belongs to you forever, the Asebu lands belongs to ONLY diaporas, foreigners and African Americans, they are those the chiefs selling to them, they wont sell it to any Ghanaian citizens, take note of it

I feel I should tell you why I watch your channel, but do not follow subscribe to it. I do not think you’re a bad person and I do believe that you are a good person who loves our Black people worldwide. It just hurts my feelings when I see you do stuff like suggest it’s okay for a white man to own a restaurant inside the slave dungeon. Then you suggest that I - as a descendant of enslaved Africans- shouldn’t say anything about the desecration of a sacred memorial because it creates jobs for Ghanaians. That restaurant can be a short walk right next door; it does not have to be directly on the sacred museum grounds. Please think more carefully about how you are framing these things.
I will still watch your videos and even like button some of them, but I cannot subscribe to you right now because sometimes you say heartbreaking things while professing to support Africans who deeply desire to come home to the motherland. No one is perfect, but I’m just feeling a certain way right now.
