The fantes showing much love for diaspora 😘😘
I see you doing big things the project is looking great 🎉
Thank you 😊
Anne, What do you mean "you doing big things"? The African Americans are playing the big bwana (sorry for using Swahili instead of Fante) while the Ghanaians are actually doing the work.
I can see Pan African Village is up to another level!!!!!! Thanks a lot for the Aerial views!

Is your client an African American or Ghanaian? I subscribed to your channel today.
My clients are Diasporans as well as Ghanaians
Most of these houses are African American.
Good afternoon sir I’m watching your video very interested I need to know how can I get in touch with you because I plan to build my house in the same area but I’m searching for someone it seems like you know a lot and I would love to have someone like you in my project
Hi and thank you for reaching out. You can reach me on WhatsApp through +233547658523
Greetings, I was wondering if you only build homes from a selected drawings that you offer?
Hi, no, i do build based on your drawings.
Does dpm have to be places in the trench prior to the first layer of blocks (the setting)
Not necessarily, it is rather placed in the trench before the concrete goes on top, before the setting is done
@@IshmealLamptey Excellent. TY
Do you also build using interlocking bricks blocks?
I currently do not build using interlocking bricks, however i am currently learning more about it
Hi, how can i contact you? Im interested in buying a plot or half for residential purpose...
Kindly send me a WhatsApp message on +233547658523
How large is your land size! Looks good! I’d like to have your floor plan and workers, 🤩
The land size at Asebu is 80x100 feet. With regard to the floor plan, i would rather be able to assist you with an architect to work on one for you. My workers are currently engaged on other projects.
@@IshmealLamptey thanks for the speedy reply!.
Want to reach yu
Is it a story building? And 12mm was used for pillars?🤔
No, It's not a story building
@@IshmealLamptey good to know. It's actually a good idea to add re-enforcement cus these days most single buildings are built without columns...a time bomb.
Hi Ishmael, what is the prices for a plot of land?
@@darkorobertson8897 plots in Asebu are free, however you only pay for administrative fees which is $1,200 per plot
@@IshmealLamptey I see thanks for the reply....
how close is this place to Accra and how much is the plot?
Asebu is about 3hrs 10 minutes from Accra. The lands are not for sale. Kindly watch my previous video to learn about their processes
@@IshmealLamptey thanks for the reply. and i watched your recommended video too🤩
Please how much does land cost there??
Hi, the lands there are not for sale but free for people in the Diaspora
@@IshmealLamptey So apart from those in the Diaspora there's no way that others can buy lands or be allocated plots there even if you can develop and pay their administrative fees???
@@IshmealLamptey I'm asking if there's any other way a person residing here in Ghana can get a land even if it means paying the administrative fees or any other fees. Thank you
@@henryabotsi you might have to contact the PAV office to find out please
Hello Ishmael. I sent you an email
Hi, i have seen your email and text. I have responded to them
I'll probably get attacked for this but when I watch these videos, I see African Americans walking around and taking videos while the actual physical labour is done by Africans (Ghanaians and Tanzanians). Are there any videos where African Americans are actually doing the physical labour involved in building on their properties?
Ask the Call caucasians and the Chinese !
Are you crazy why would someone travel 8000 miles to work. These men are hard workers and are glad for the opportunity to work. Those that were in slavery worked hard for free. Kick rocks.
