The rule you explained is: One must build their house within 2 years of acquiring land. Does Ghana have manufactured home Co.? If so, one can have a home placed on the plot of land which will speed up the home requirement.
I differ to say, the same people who have abandoned their land for two (2) years after reading very well what they signed for, will be saying, they have been scammed when this land is taken from them to someone else. They will never say they failed to develop the land with the two (2) years time frame given to them. You mark it on the wall. I hope anyone protects their property.

He definitely needs a walking stick. I walked that same trail. The land is uneven, there are 🐍. A walking stick adds so much stability. I have several I’m bringing with me. One fall and it’s over.
The Aseibu land was given to the diaspora for free and it was the documentation that cost them money. So stop saying those who bought the land should come and do something on the land. The word bought the land shouldn't be mentioned.
