I've been in such a dark place mentally, I've had such a rough first trimester of pregnancy, it's been high risk, been in & out of the E.R's and my new high risk doctor seems more evil than I had anticipated and when I looked up reviews on her, my fears were confirmed (many said she was cold, inactive and didn't listen to her patients causing issues during delivery) so I'm contemplating switching ob/gyns whilst in the 2nd trimester. Anyway, I had bleeding and other health issues, to the point where I couldn't get out of bed, I couldn't even function and my husband was helping me eat, sleep & shower. Was a rough few weeks... and probably the lowest I've been in years, Now at 12ish weeks, I am finally on the mend and feeling a little better! Starting to see the light a little bit but my body has been stuck in a state of stagnation! As a Christian, I place my faith in God but the trials have been trialing, so I've been feeling disconnected from both myself, the world and God lol... anyway, this video was so beautiful and very useful and reassuring! I felt that it came in, at just the right time! So thank you very much. This was so sweet and really uplifted my mood.

I am a working mom, earlier I used to cook meals a week in advance, but someone suggested it’s healthier to cook daily, so I switched to frozen cut vegetables. If it’s not healthy what would you recommend the better way? I am also trying to switch to vegetarian, but have not found healthy wholesome alternative to egg and fish..are there any? Thanks again
When it’s almost the time of the month I crave spicy, sweet and caffeine all at the same time (like right now). This is the main time where I will give my body what it wants cause my hormones will not be happy 😅. It only lasts for a few days so I’m not too worried lol …. Or should I be? 😬
