Hey Phil, would you incorporate more unilateral work in addition to general compound movements for a muay thai training camp? Would the jump plyos suffice for kicking power? I don't think I've seen a video strickly on muay thai s/c thanks!
Sup Phil, do you have any tips or a video on strength training for heavyweight boxers and how to combine it with boxing sessions? Anyway keep up the good work man, these videos help me out big time💪
if you can't lift it, that's how you know lol. but train by feel. choose a weight that is heavy enough to challenge you but light enough that you can control. then build from there. hope that helps
@@proudmisfit4405 Yeah hahaha, but I mean do I have to choose a weight and do between 5-8 reps? 10-20? Do I have to go to the failure? or how much RIR I left
@@1Rzz_ it depends. some of the movements in the video like the lateral lunge is an assistance lift in a session so you'd want higher reps with it like 10-12 it's hard to give a definite response because only your current needs and goals will determine everything
Yes sir🫡 And you already know Fam, Always Forward Always Primal brother ✊🏾💪🏽

Great content, thanks you for sharing. Would you favor hit thrust or kettlebell swing for minimizing lower back problems?
I'm a kickboxer and I want to do this well

reps and sets?
Would you do unilateral movements before you do bilateral movements if yousession? them both in a workout session?
Depends on where we are in phase of training but I’ll mostly prioritize unilateral year round in accessory exercises
Are these exercises good to use for Krav classes?
Yes it can be
How to know what weight to choose for exercise?
