Welcome back to Mexico but I'm confused. This video did not address all the reasons you stated for moving back to Houston such as no promised playground in the gated community, not great schools for Louie, hard to make friends in the same age group, language barrier, safety on the roads (checkpoints), not enough hustle and bustle - did your reasons for leaving suddenly change? Did any of these issues improve in your time away. Can you please give more detail??
We are glad to see your detailed concerns. It also makes me think of more whys. The true feeling how we missed the beautiful weather in Queretaro , the more relaxing life style, the less cost of living, and there are more places we want to explore in Mexico. And our project was done in Houston after months. So we decided to come back. At least for couple of years.
@@dreamlifeinMexico thank you for your reply…did you apply for visas? I know it can be complicated to buy a home in Mexico? We plan to rent, we also have 2 MS we travel with. Unsure if we need health certificates for them when we cross the border
Hello Roddy and Landy, love your videos, are you back to Mexico for good? I love that place Queretaro. I am retired looking for a change from the USA. Very cold people and impossible at my age to meet new people or a wife. I would love the lifestyle, culture etc. I have visited Mexico like a half dozen times back in the 90s. I am finding it interesting and challenging to decide what areas to check out etc. Keep the videos coming very informative and helpful. Muchas Gracias
welcome to Queretaro, we are living in mexico city ! when you want to visit you are welcome in my aparment, I'm mexican american < I was living in houston tx😃
Great edit. My wife and kids are Mexican citizens. More often i find myself making the move or atleast getting a second home in Mexico. At 2:53 you mention to watch to the end to see what you missed the most. Did i miss something? was it the pool or the cactus? enjoyed all your videos.

Love the guitar music that accompanies your video!❤
Thank you Julie!

Good to see you back in Queretaro!! I saw you had your house for sale. Where you able to keep it or did you get another place?
Luckily we didn't sell it and are back in our place!😊
