Sushi looks good but I don't think I would've been brave enough to eat sushi that's been sitting out in the open in hot weather.

That sushi was a steal, 11 pieces for less than $3 (usd), are you kidding me? You can't even find sushi here for that cheap. Even at places like Kura revolving sushi, it's at least $3.75 (usd) for two pieces. I really need a trip to Thailand for multiple reasons, food being the first!!

    • @roger0929

The Parsnip noses are the most underrated piece of chicken depending on how it's cooked. It's a stigma that it's the chicken butt when actually it's the end tail part. It's the pork belly of the chicken

I would not buy from the first stall. The tongs he used to handle the raw seafood, he then put into the raw bean sprouts. That would not have mattered much if the bean sprouts were then cooked. But they are folded raw in the hot omelette. So.... you have raw seafood juice in luke warm raw bean sprouts. Raw bean sprouts kept in warm humid conditions grow Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria. Raw seafood kept in warm humid conditions grow a multitude of various bacteria. The two together here with bad food handling is asking to be made sick.

Eek that first one idk ?? Cross contamination using those tongs on raw sea food then using them later on the sprouts to put on top of the seafood pancake when they aren’t being thoroughly heated. That could definitely lead to food poisoning. Big red flag 🚩 That’s why definitely would watch the whole process before buying any of these items. And sushi out in the heat is a definite no.
